Compliance with the relevant guidelines - ADA, Fair Housing Act, ICC A117.1 are incorporated into the design. UFAS can be included for Rural Development and HUD projects. We evaluate and familiarize ourselves with local codes, planning and zoning ordanance, and jurisdictional authority requirements.
Enjoying positivity in a single space or going from one space to another is the desired outcome for the occupant. Interior design is an extension of the buildings' architectural concepts. We blend the two together to reflect the unique aspects of experiencing your building. This discipline allows the team to make the building come to life.
A full-time experienced registered Project Architect that is creative and strategic to join the Sebree Team to manage projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction. Preferred candidates will also know their way around Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe or Bluebeam. Solid grasp of both local and national regulations, building standards and ADA design requirements.
