I needed to replace a large deck and hired John at Fortuna Construction for the job. He was generous with his time at the initial site visit, explained the different options, and provided me with a range of quotes that allowed me to pick and choose the materials and features that would fit my needs and my budget. This is the best contractor I have ever used. He has the highest quality and the most integrity. He gutted and remodeled a bedroom for me. He worked with me to make the room fit my needs. He is very professional. His proposal includes his license and insurance. I can not say enough about fortunate I was to have John to my job. I recommend him highly to any one and if I had another project he would be my only call.
