Wow, I have never had this kind of an experience with a roofing company! First of all Austin was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also sent me a price the next day! They were able to address some concerns I had and answered all of my questions. The install only took a day and the crew worked very hard. I am extremely pleased with this company. Please don’t waste your time with a different roofer, these are the people you want.

We just had our roof replaced by Timberman Roofing. Max H. was quick to come out and provide an estimate that was competitive with other bids that I received. They have a good blend of small business personal touch and good business processes to make for a solid experience.

Timberman has done two roofing jobs for is, one for a house we were selling and one for the house we currently live in. Both times they were able to get us on their schedule within a few weeks, and knocked the job out in one day! Austin is very responsive, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to make sure our roof was done to our satisfaction. We had a few weather delays, but each time the company reached out to me to communicate the schedule change. This company has only one attribute...speed! All the other necessary attributes such as leadership, follow-up skills, and most importantly communication are non-existent. The installers put numerous tar spots on the side of my house, left materials at the end of my drive way and left without notifying me of when they will be back to clean off the tar spots or pick up the rest of their materials. A technician came out today, which was unannounced to clean off the tar spots and used a pressure washer which caused a hole in my stucco. The roofers caused a crack in my stucco which is pictured below

Could not be more satisfied with the new roof Timberman Roofing put on our house. The professionalism of the owner and the installation crew was wonderful. They explained the pros and cons of metal versus shingles-we went with shingles. They showed up when they said they would, the amazing office staff kept us informed of when shingles would be delivered, the crew made sure they cleaned up the nails and debris. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or repair

I had seen them working on another home ding roof repairs/shingle replacement. The work force that they had seemed to have gotten the job done quickly with an outstanding looking final product. A few months later a storm hits and I sprung a leak which lead me to reaching out to them to get a quote on a roof replacement. I decided to go with them after calling two other companies. Their timeline for repair beat the others.
Due to multiple homes requiring roof repairs, it did take longer than expected to get the materials to my property
