We bought our house in February before the pandemic. The crew who came out to replace our roof left nails in our yard, in our pool, on our porch roof. To this day I’m still finding and stepping on nails in my lawn that are being blown off my deck roof. When called the lady said she would send someone out. Someone came out and got the nails out of my pool and around the back side portion of my house but doing so left nail holes in my brand new pool liner and every time it rains I seem to find at least 2 tacks and 4-6 nails! My husband says “it’s hard to get the nails that are on the roof”

I dont even think they deserve 1 star, thisbhas been the worst roofing company I've ever dealt with. And I am a district property manager I've dealt with over 50 roofing companies. I got a new roof April 2019 and I have had to have it replaced 1 time already and now I've got leaks in my ceiling. They have told me several times they will be out and never show up. Have set up app times and never came. By far the worst company ever.

The buyer of our house hired Keith to estimate the condition of our roof and the cost to replace it. When I arrived home yesterday his truck was in the middle of the driveway. I could not even pull in. He handed me a card and said he needed to get on my roof. He did not make an appointment. He did not explain what he would be doing up there. He did not even introduce himself. When I asked why I wasn't notified, his response was, "You don't need to be here." He spent less than 30 minutes doing whatever he did. He also climbed on a neighbor's roof while they were home without even calling. This man
