Big Star Moving helped me move earlier this month and I couldn't have been happier with the response times, the crew, and the customer service provided. I felt comfortable at all times with my property, and the friendliness of the movers was top notch. Its so sad cause they had came highly recommend. I called 2 weeks in advance, I have to move out of my house today! I have everything packed and they said they first stated on the phone that they would help us and so we looked no further. They come to my house and say it smelled like pee so they couldn't help me, when I said it was mold and thats why I was leaving they refused service and walked away. They said they would be endangering their lives and yet I've lived here for 4 years after my pipe burst, MY mom has asthma and has also lived here for the same amount, and we are not

If you have ever used movers before, you probably know how difficult it can be to find ones that are good, honest, and affordably priced. Well now you found it! I first worked with Sergio and Big Star Movers last year, when I admittedly had a large and semi-complicated job, moving the contents of one house to two separate properties (but within 2 miles of each other). It was a barely lived/not much stuff rental property, 2 bedroom condo, and after nearly 4 hours, they still hadn't finished loading the truck. The men were on time and worked tirelessly for 6 straight hours! That's a lot of hard work when you're moving furniture. No broken items noticed. They even helped me rearrange furniture that they were not responsible for. They were pleasant and did a lot of smiling and laughing. They also completed the job in the time they allotted Sergio was the man I scheduled with.

After further investigation into the high cost of the unloading of the pods it was NOT Big Star but Moving Staffers. Moving staffers are a brokerage that charge crazy amounts and then pay other companies a lot less to do the job. Also I was told by my son he had no clue as to where we wanted anything to go. So I apologize to Big Star moving for the previous review and only want to do what's right. Thanks guys.

Today I used Big Star Moving and they did an excellent job! They moved a dining room set, sleeper couch, king size bed, and other furniture from Wellington to Jensen Beach. They were prompt, quick but careful, as well as courteous. I highly recommend them. They also got it all done within the time and price they had given me.

I've moved 20 times all over the country, and this was one of the best experiences. The 3 guys that came to my house were very friendly, professional, fast, respectful, and priced to perfection! From 9am to 5pm they busted their butt and didn't complain once. The owner is an awesome person as well. He called and text me throughout the process to ensure everything went well. I do not know where to begin... I have had some really bad moving experiences, so I was really apprehensive about hiring anyone to move my items out of my two storage units and into my two story townhouse. But, these guys were awesome. I found them to be a focused three man team. They were quick about moving your items, but careful not to damage anything. The men worked really hard to lift my items, a few of which were really heavy. They were also agreeable to extending my appointment time to off loading a uhaul truck that we just did not have the strength to unload. I would use them again and

A lot of heavy, expensive furniture and the entire household had to move and for the most part it went well. The movers dropped off the first load with no problem but the second lot had some issues. Some expensive furniture ended up with multiple dings and dents in numerous places and heavy wooden chairs and most other items were not handled with care and were not wrapped with blankets properly.
