The blower/squirrel cage had locked up and destroyed itself. In doing so it also damaged my secondary heat exchanger. I was without air (in August). I called the company I had been doing business with for 5+ years and they gave me a quote of $3,300 for new blower motor and heat exchanger OR $7,500 for new furnace. I was leaning towards the new furnace, but wanted a 2nd opinion on the pricing so I called ALL Pro. Within 10 minutes of the owner being here, he told me that both of those parts were under warranty. Our AC went out on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called and someone was here in 10 minutes to assess the situation. Unfortunately we had to replace our very old A/C and furnace, but All Pro gave us competitive pricing and set up two large portable A/C units to get us through the hot weather until installation. We’ve used All Pro before and will definitely use again! Thanks to John and his staff!

Called at 6pm on a Tuesday and they were there within 30 minutes. He did a great job and made sure to tell us that our unit is an older one so don't invest to much money in it if it continues to have trouble. We are so happy we called because 80 degrees with a 2 year old was no fun.. Thank you so much! We will be using this company in the future for sure!
