Last year I had hired them to repair a broken sewer line and install a clean out for the main line. They did a great job. Last week I had accidentally mowed over the clean out for our main line destroying the cover so the pipe was open. They came out and put on a new cover at no cost. Great work and great customer service.

I needed an outside water faucet replaced and also a toilet leak repaired. First, Amber came out and looked at the job and then scheduled Wes Propst for the work. Both Amber and Wes were great. Wes was on time, immediately knew what the jobs entailed and completed everything in a timely and very professional manner. I won't hesitate to use Classic in the future.

Classic Plumbing replaced a leaky water pipe from my house to the water main in my front yard yesterday. They did a fabulous job! From start to finish, I was treated with respect and kindness. Called them about an emergency and they had Wes here in a little over an hour. He found the leak and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Even though it was an emergency situation, the cost was very reasonable. I'll always use Classic Plumbing!

I made an appointment with Classic Plumbing to put in a new shower pan. The morning of, they called to say that they had to reschedule because the job would take double the time and double the workers. I said I’d call back to reschedule.
Soon a man from their company arrived to do the job. Baffled, I had to explain everything to him because the… company failed to let him know. He nevertheless wanted to come into my house, to which I firmly and repeatedly said no.
A month later I got a bill for $55, so I called their office. They apologized, agreed I didn’t owe them anything,

We had a pipe freeze and found it when it began raining through the light fixtures in our basement. Classic plumbing had someone at our house within 20 minutes of calling. He had the repair done within an hour and recommended a restoration and construction place to come help with cleanup. I will highly recommend them to friends in the future.

Classic Plumbing installed new outdoor spigots, a bathtub and two stools. They also inspected my 40+ year old copper and pronounced it sound. They could have cast doubt about it and convinced me to do work I didn't need. They did not. Excellent quality work at a fair price.

I contacted Classic Plumbing to discuss a master bathroom remodel. They were quick to respond and came out within a day to work up a same day estimate. We had a minor change to the estimate the following week and Jacob came back out to confirm everything and again gave us a same day updated estimate. Our project required two phases and both times the plumbers on site were professional and thorough in their work. The first phase included updating pipe size for the shower, installing shut-offs, and installing the shower pan. The work was done in a day's time and everything was left tidy and neat

Tim and his team did an outstanding job replacing our water heaters and sump, and installing a new softener. From initial consult to completion they were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll recommend Classic Plumbing to my friends for sure.

It's tough to find honest people who do good work. I've found this with Classic and have had great experiences (i.e. water heater tank replacement and kitchen sink/faucet replacement) with Tim and Jacob.

I have had them out to the house twice for necessary plumbing repairs. Once to replace my corroded metal pipes with pvc, and today to replace burst pipes that happened with last week’s cold snap. They are quick and very nice guys. Today’s work was completed faster than estimated and the total was well below the capped estimate I was given by the owner, Tim. I cannot recommend them enough, they do great work and I can count on them to be here and get things done fast.
