Motz provided a very competitive estimate on an AC/heat pump upgrade for my home. They scheduled me quickly & got the whole install done in 1 day. Tim cleaned up afterward & even stuck around to make sure we were comfy using the new digital thermostat. The awesome folks at Motz will be our only call next time, top notch!

Very pissed off. Paid for them to come diagnose a furnace problem. I chose not to have the furnace repaired. The tech didn't put things back the way he found them. I realized 2 days ago my A/C wasn't working. I tried to figure it out. I called Motz and asked them if anything they did could cause my A/C not to work, they assured me that it couldn't be anything they did. I even asked if it could be a switch or something else involved. They told me no, and stated I would be charged another service charge if it wasn't related to to their last visit. I knew it couldn't be correct
