I bought a gorgeous preowned RAV4 from McDaniels Acura yesterday. For two days I was guided through the inspection and purchase procedures by their incredible Sales Associate, Heddy Ramicone. To say that she went over and above the standard job of a car salesperson is an understatement. Prior to purchase, she stayed almost 2 hours beyond closing time to make certain that I had everything I needed to make a considered decision and had completed all required paperwork in order to secure the sale. My college son had a blow out on his way back to Chapel Hill from Florida. He was luckily right outside Columbia so I was able to have his Acura towed to the dealership since there was not a spare for him to use due to other circumstances. The dealership was so wonderful!!! They squeezed him in and got him back on the road within an hour or so!!! I can not thank them enough for their help and speed!! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The team at McDaniels Acura is outstanding. We drove from over 100 miles away to buy our car from them. Everyone was super friendly from the greeter, to the sales person and the sales manager. I even had another sales person come over and congratulate me on our purchase when we left, which I thought was very thoughtful. A week ago I most recently purchased an Acura from this dealership. Heedy was my salesperson. She was absolutely so amazing. She treated me like I was her only customer that day. When I bought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in 2017, part of the purchase agreement was free oil changes for the life of the vehicle (except for the 15,000 mile intervals when it comes as part of a maintenance package, which was supposed to be $100 off the total price). However, when I took my Honda in for it's 115,000 mile check-up I was told that the owner has changed their policy and they no longer give the $100 discount for the 15,000 mile interval check-up & they no longer provide free oil changes at the 5,000 or 10,000 mile intervals. This incident had NO reflection upon the high quality of service provided to me by the service supervisor or service technicians! ...They did an excellent job from start to finish and I have never had any issues with the McDaniel's service department. This incident took place on the same day between myself and a salesperson... Again this has nothing to do with the service but my overall perception of the dealership's sales staff. Just bought a car from McDaniels Acura in Columbia. Drove down from Charlotte and it was not only well worth the drive, the dealership was also conveniently north of Columbia so it was easy in and out. The property is turnkey, with a large well priced inventory of vehicles and a relaxed supportive buying experience. We dealt with William Miles and Paul Emerson who went overboard to assure that we got everything we were looking for and more. Just moved to Charlotte from Hawaii. Renege on Repair Agreement
We had a decent experience purchasing a 'used' auto via McDaniels Acura. We had come all the way from North Georgia for our Honda Pilot. However it was on a Holiday Weekend, thus they were unable to replace the Windshield, which was cracked while we were in SC. It went down hill from there! They'd agreed, in writing, that they owe us a New Windshield, but they refused to send a check for it, despite we'd provided a quote from our Honda Dealer in GA to replace it. I'm going to provide one more opportunity for them to make good on their Agreement

I have received 30 some calls since about 2 weeks now from DIFFERENT numbers evry single day calling2-3 times a day to purchase Acura Extended Warranty for our Acura!!!! I have a Toyota and I recent got new tires. I have a tire that won't let me put air in it and it's leaking. I just drove here from a gas station after I attempted to put air in my tire. Even though there is a Toyota dealership near by (there services department is disrespectful and unprofessional) the service manager offered to add air and look at my valve free of charge. I bought an Acura at their new dealership on Killian Rd. last week. It was among the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experiences I have ever had.
