I used AMAR Group for my property in DC and I regret ever using them. It was very hard getting in touch with Rashawna (Inspection manager). My inspector was David, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, he wouldn't answer simple and basic questions. My contractor was never able to get in touch with him. He treated both my contractor and Architect with so much disrespect. I ended up wasting a lot of money using this company because every time they come by for a follow up inspection, they charged you.
