We hired Smart Choice to do a deep, move-in cleaning in August 2021, and we were very disappointed. We found nail clippings from the previous owners in the drawers, and the floors were filthy. We paid nearly $500 for the service. We reached out several times about getting a refund, and we haven't heard back. We are very unhappy, and we would not recommend the service.

Wow! Was nervous about hiring a cleaning company after our construction project was done but best decision ever! Lots of dust and dirty windows and window casings not to mention new kitchen islands with lots of drawers and cabinets. They were on time and walked with me to understand what needed to be done. They were fast and thorough. Every cabinet and drawer was vacuumed and surface area wiped down. Well worth it!! Reasonable too!

The absolute worst worst carpet cleaning company I've ever known to exist. I would never be evil enough to recommend your company to anyone ever!!!!! Your company employees who attempted to clean the carpet in my home, added big blue spots to the carpet in every bedroom that were not there previously, which was proven by photos taken before the cleaning. Also, blackened streaks were added across the carpet in the master bedroom that were not there before, which was also proven by photos taken before the cleaning. We are preparing our house for my in-laws to come into town this Saturday for a week and we needed 4 of our rugs, 2 couches and 3 carpeted stair runners cleaned! We have a dog and a cat and couple family members that are slightly allergic to the dander so it's key to get the carpets and couches thoroughly cleaned! Got quoted for a good rate to clean 3 pieces of furniture and they did it all in about an hour! Morys and Isgrat were professional and timely, arriving at exactly 10 am. They were also able to remove most of the stains of some of the furniture as well!

I wanted to use their services based off their reviews and being so close by to my home.I needed the service done fast as we were busy and soon to leave for months. I fielded an inquiring via yelp online which sends my request to roughly 5 companies, smart choice was the only company that did not responded despite having a 40 minute response time and responding 100% off the time according to yelp.I only wished they at least provided me pricing that way I can compare to see all my options

I had really great service with Smart Choice (I scheduled an apartment move-out cleaning). It was pretty simple to schedule my service, and I had to reschedule and that was easy as well. The cleaners came promptly, and I was able to leave and handle some other items, and we checked in when they were about done so I could head back. The apartment looked wonderful (if I hadn't been moving it would have made me want to move in), and I'll definitely use their service again in my new home.

I'm updating my review. I used to use them regularly about 5 years ago but when they changed teams the quality suffered and I stopped the service. We are now selling the town house and they were my go to company for move out service because every other company I've tried in the past is either too expensive, slow, booked out weeks or doesn't clean to my satisfaction (and I'm not a very picky person at all).

I called them and was able to get my carpet cleaning appointment and sectional sofa. cleaningscheduled the same day.
The technician called a half hour before to say he was on route- He was friendly and efficient and even asked me to inspect before he packed his equipment away.
He demonstrated a stain treatment that was unbelievable. He poured coffee onto a white carpet, it beaded up and floated on the surface and was easy picked up with a paper towel.
So I got that as well. I would and will highly recommend them.

Relatives announced they were coming to town on short notice and Smart Choice Cleaning came to the rescue making sure the house was clean enough for a 2 year old to eat off the floor! Thankfully!! The process for getting started and scheduled was easy and efficient. The rates were affordable and the 2 person crew was on time and thorough! They worked quickly and even tolerated my overly friendly dog. Save yourself the headache and call Smart Choice!

I am not very happy with their service, they did such a lousy job.. I talked to the lady and explain the situation. She responded "we are not guaranteed our service". They charged $100 for cleaning one room with no guarantee their work. I'll take my business somewhere else.
