Robbie and the team was fantastic from start to finish- the process was seamless and he made it easy. I found the vehicle online from out of town, inquired and purchased, Robbie couldn’t have made it any easier! Hi my name is Keith I was there in 2015, I was trading in my 2004 BMW 645, I was trying to purchase a BMW M6 2006-2010. Came in to look at a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. (Low mileage great price btw.) Walked out with it the same day. Registered with plates might I add! I worked with the owner Robbie- he was great. I’ll be honest. I was dreading buying a used car. I don’t know anything about cars and as a single mom, I almost expected to be cheated. I had saved my money for a long time and I hated the thought of throwing it away on a lemon. However, this was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in a long time! I worked with Robbie. There was no pressure. I told him how much I had to spend and he worked with me. When we left, my 17 year-old daughter (who has not trusted a single salesperson we spoke to) said, “I feel like he’s not going to cheat us. I felt like he was honest.”

I have had bad and impersonal experiences with dealership. This was not just a wonderful experience but also a breath of fresh air. Robbie was extremely helpful, honest, trustworthy, straight forward, just a beautiful person. I was nervous and had concerns because it was a used car. I purchase a 2014 Audi A8L with 34K . This purchase was made 18months ago. I dealt with Robbie and he was excellent. The car was all he claimed it to be.
I flew in from Pittsburgh to take delivery and all went perfect. I just traded the car in and bought my wife a new car in Pittsburgh.
I am now back in the market to buy something again and I highly recommend this place.

My overall experience with this "independent dealership" would best be summed up in three words: lack of professionalism. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from Luxury Auto and had been in conversation with Robbie about a particular car for a few weeks. On December 28, we negotiated a price we were comfortable with and both verbally agreed on a deal (price also confirmed through text).
