Crossroads Infiniti is amazing!! I have been taking my car there for service since 2011 with my first Infiniti and I have bought 3 cars from them since then and still take my Infiniti to them each time it needs service. Josh and Michael in service do a wonderful job. Chris in sales is great as well!

I would like to recognize Joshua McMillan. He has been absolutely amazing dating back to August of 2020 when I started having problems with my first Q50. There soon after I upgraded to a red sport and just months into having a top-of-the-line model I began to have problems with that one. He has worked endlessly to keep me satisfied through a severely frustrating time. This was my first visit to Crossroads Infinit. I was very pleased with the service and my service representative, Brian. He explained everything in detail to me as far as what would be done during the 30,000 mile service. I also purchased four tires and he gave me options and information about the tires I purchased. I was also pleased that they vacuumed and washed my car.

We have been a customer of Raleigh Infinity Dealership for over Five years, and the reason we went with infinity for new SUV purchase vs another dealership was for their amazing customer service. I had brought my vehicle in a couple of months ago because the main console controller just blacked out. At that time I was able to schedule an appointment and they were able to resolve the problem for a $3500 fee. Unfortunately after that service appointment I was no longer able to use the fluid out of my windshield wiper. My husband scheduled an appointment for yesterday morning for this problem to be

I received excellent service at Crossroads Infiniti. Joshua my service rep was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. When an additional, unexpected repair was identified, he went out of his way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced providing a loaner vehicle for me and checking to discover that the repair was still under warranty. These guys are very honest and stand by their work without adding unnecessary, costly repairs. I highly recommend them for all of your service needs.

So here was the situation I was in. I live in Northern VA and was traveling down to North Carolina with the family. Our Infiniti check engine light came on halfway to NC. Concerned with the light I called the dealership 15 mins before they closed and asked if I could come in the following day.
When I showed up the following day without an appointment and spoke with David one of their Service Consultant. I explained that we’re on our trip, we only have the one car and I was concerned with driving 5 hours back to VA not knowing what was up with the check engine light.
