Designed on a 0.9 acre site in the close proximity to Las Vegas Blvd. The Grove is a 400 unit housing project next to a Phoenix light-rail transport corridor. The development shall be carried out in two phases on the 4.25 acre site. Phase one shall include a 5-story wood frame, 220 unit development with surface covered parking and a density of 52 units per acre.
