OMX Movers were fantastic through the entire process. They are a full service organization. They provided packing materials, moved our office within 4 hours, and hauled away our trash and donatable items. On-site moving crew were efficient and professional. Very professional team. Work fast and hard, but with precision and attention to detail. Took great care in wrapping/packing family heirlooms, artwork, and antiques. Great concentration in keeping multiple groups of items together for separate local deliveries, temporary storage, and also transport out of state. Great turnaround on responses and super communication. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you Jim for your assistance and thank you Dennis for your expertise and great team. Was seamlessly moved by Office Express. We called them three days before which I thought would be a problem. But Sam came out the next day, Got us a quote later that afternoon and 2 days later they came with two trucks and some great workers and the efficiency and professionalism was fantastic. Highly recommend should you need to move your office.

We had our office move with "Office Movers Express" last week. It was a very smooth move. Sam is very professional, on time and energetic manager. I had reviewed 4 movers companies, he is the only one who came before the schedule time and gave me some suggestions to prepare for the move. His coworker, May, Who helped to resolve all documents what we need on time, they are a very effective team! All furnitunes they wrapped them very well before move, and no have any missed or damaged during the move. I highly recommend OMX company and Sam!

I have used OMX for three office moves and each one has gone like clockwork. The sales rep on the front end does a great job communicating and making sure everything is set up. Then, on the day of the move, each time the guys have been great. They have been punctual, careful with our belongings, and they make sure everything is set up how we want it before they leave. I also thought that the cost is very reasonable. They're 3 for 3 with us, so I know that I'll call them again when we need to move.

My office used Washington Express Movers for a move between two locations in DC. At every step, Washington Express exceeded our expectations.
To be honest, we were pretty nightmarish as customers - for a solid 4 months, we frequently called and emailed Washington Express with updates about what we wanted to include/exclude in the move, asked for multiple things to be laid out as line items in the proposal, then would go back and make amendments as soon as they gave us the updated proposal. Tony Rodriguez in particular was amazingly professional and flexible throughout the whole process.

I sought out (3) quotes in the area and while Washington Express Movers wasn't the least expensive, they were competitively priced for the services I desired. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease and anytime I called with additional questions, there was always someone on the other end who was friendly and willing to help in the absence of the Project Manager. The crew of (6) were prompt, courteous and professional on "move" day. They all had a great sense of humor, did a fantatic job and finished before the quoted time of completion.

After using the most horrible courier service that my organization had employed for over a year, I decided it was time for a new company. I gave four companies in the DC/MD area a test trial and compared services, costs, and most importantly the customer service. From the test run, I immediately found that Washington Express was THE most reliable, efficient and of course, 5 stars when dealing with their customers. We hired them for a small business move from one DC office location to another. Someone took the time to come out to evaluate our needs and provide a detailed estimate. The movers themselves were friendly, on time and took care with our items, including a large piece of art that required a LOT of bubble wrap. They made a special effort to protect the computer equipment as well. They even followed through with check in calls after the move was complete. Very satisfied.

I called late the night before my package needed to be delivered. Tim handled my request exceptionally and gave me great confidence that my package would be handled professionally and delivered on time.
The courier arrived as scheduled, and my package actually arrived an hour earlier than promised. I received both an email and phone confirmation. Pricing was very competitive.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
