Willow Floors

We got excellent service. We shopped around before choosing willow floors for our carpet replacement. Nick not only match the price, but he beat it. We got some pretty good insights from him. He did not offer any quotes blindly, rather gave an accurate estimate after measuring the unit in person to reduce the carpet wastage before placing an order. He was honest and thoroughly professional.
Also, we have got the quickest service that we never imagined it to be after shopping around. Everybody was asking for at least a couple of weeks for carpet replacement due to the shipping and installation

Nick was very informative, courteous, and helpful. He gave constant updates on timing and progression of my delivery. There was an inconvenience with the manufacturer (not the stores fault) and he helped make things right.
The installer was extremely friendly and helpful and respectful and they did an excellent job. The floors are solid, with no cracks or scratches. Very happy with the job.

The only thing they got right was installing the correct flooring we ordered. We were promised that the vinyl flooring would not have a hollow sound when walking on it. That is not true. The whole house has an echoing hollow sound when walking on the vinyl floor. The owner advised that it would take a couple of months to settle in, it has been ten months and we are stuck with a terrible feeling of how it sounds when walking on the floor. The installers were not very careful with the installation. They damaged the wall, molding, and even the toilet paper hanger in one of the bathrooms. While

I bought a new home and had Willow floors replace the carpet and install solid hardwood (hand scraped finish) for the first floor and engineered wood on the second floor. They did an outstanding job, I wanted them to complete the work within 10 days after closing and ready for move in. Their timeliness was great and the contractors they hired did a great job. It's been 7 months since I moved in and I do get compliments from my neighbors and visitors on the flooring work and so far it has been holding up pretty well. They installed 5 inch Handscraped Hardwood floors in my house and they did an outstanding job! They were $2000 less than their competitors and their customer service was great! Can't say enough good things about them!

Excellent excellent customer service. Ishmael one of the part owners provides the most outstanding customer service. If anything goes wrong with any service provided by Willow he takes care of the problem until it is corrected. Honest and trustworthy. He goes out of his way to make sure a customer is happy with their work. Many competitors in this area but highly recommend Willow Floors. I would give Willow 5 +++ stars, if possible. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I am so pleased with Willow Floors and the updating they did for me. I was really nervous about updating the flooring on my first floor, but Ismail made the process so easy. He really knows what flooring goes best and helped me with selecting a beautiful hardwood that totally changed the look of my home - for the better! They are reasonably priced, and their service is second to none!
