This company is good for getting your money. They have these nice appearing women up front who will flirt with you and try to convince you to spend your money with the company. They do not return service calls. The are punctual in attempts to collect but not assist. I have tried to get my vehicle serviced by them for 3 months with no return calls and attitudes from the people I inquire service from. The manager is rude. And the attendance advertise their onlyfans pages with the customers.

I bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado from AutoZoom about a year and a half ago. Everything was good until a few months ago when the Delta strain of Covid-19 hit our family. Hospitalized for several weeks and then we lost our oldest son, I fell behind, but I sent updates to them. When I was back to work I sent money every chance I could. Even sent a letter letting them know that I would be sending more than my normal payment until I was up to date.

It was our first time coming to AutoZoom They are very respectful and professional they worked with us and got the “suv” that we wanted. We were help by Francisco we love the fact that he speaks both languages English and Spanish we appreciate him taking his time with us, my wife and I love our new Nissan Rogue, we were the last customers on a Tuesday afternoon and we still got the best customer service and they didn’t rush us out everything was top notch and make sure everything was clear for us which is very important I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends you won’t

I walked in with $900 and drove off the lot the SAME DAY!!!! The process was simple and super easy and most of all Francisco helped me every step on the way. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, they made sure any questions I had were answered and worked with me the whole time. Definitely would purchase another vehicle from this car lot , two thumbs up and 5 stars across the board!!!!
