My car buying experience was great. My salesman Rob understood my needs and worked hard on fulfilling them, from selecting a car to fianance it was a good experience. Came in at 3pm and drove out with my purchase by 5. AUTO BANK you are a stress free dealer. They also keep my car serviced for me great service dept.

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape with around 70k miles in it. First three months the transmission broke they fixed it for free. 5 months in the car completely is shot. the oil and antifreeze were leaking and they said “they don’t even know where it’s coming from.” I was driving down the highway with my 3 year old in the car when my car broke both times. the most shady, unreliable place to go to. Jim at Auto Bank was amazing. He did everything he could to take my trade in, but there was a problem with the title. Went back with a cash down payment, was still able to get the car I wanted, and the paperwork was easy and took a reasonable amount of time.
I am also very happy with the deal we got on our new car. It is a reasonable price for what it is, and the interest is lower than I've paid for bad credit auto loans in the past. The payments are reasonable, and they were willing to work with me even though I'm self employed.

This place has the most horrible service ever.. The have not helped me they have had my car in their possession and isn't trying to keep me as a customer... It started with my first serious repair.. Which was on Sept.4 my car went in reverse on me while I tried to pull out into the inter section. Which i almost caused a wreck due to me being in the way of others so i had to tow it to shop to see what was wrong with it. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks due to the fuse box , an oil change and the spark plugs which I paid for it to be fixed. Got it back in my possession Sept. 17. On my way to work

Showed up with a very specific vehicle in mind that I was wanting to get into and luckily they had that vehicle. I did my research before so there wasn’t any surprises they could throw my way. I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from this dealership. I was actually on foot and didn't have a car, walking in the rain when I walked past this dealership.
