Company is very good we used them once at our Plainfield addres and 1 time In out brand new home in Channahon in 2 years we lived there ! They were always good about reminders about getting check ups for cleanings on the AC and Furnace cleanings

We've used Comfort First many times over the past 4 years. Usually for furnace and AC maintenance/cleaning, but they've also helped with AC and furnace repair. We'll be using them this spring for duct cleaning as well. Highly recommend this company. Other companies tried selling us replacement systems without properly inspecting our current equipment. Comfort First seems more honest in our experience.

Our hot water went out during the heavy winds believe it or not. I called Comfort First Services late Wednesday morning, although they couldn’t fulfill an emergency dispatch, they were there first thing the following morning.
Mike was very informative with what was going on with our hot water heater. He noticed our TP valve with a slight leak but informed us that it may be due to the pilot light not being lit. He was there about 20 minutes ensuring everything was back functioning properly with our water getting to the desired temperature. Will be booking yearly mechanical checks with them.

These guys were amazing!! They are the most reasonably priced heating company in our area by a long shot!! And they work on and replace boilers!! They didn’t just give me a quote and leave. they worked with me to find a solution for my problem!! from the very first phone call to the last one where they checked on us, they were all very polite and caring. I felt like it was my family here. so awesome!! I highly recommend them!!

Our furnace went out and they sent a technician out to take a look, the next day the owner came out to discuss what furnace we wanted. He asked his workers if they wanted to work, which was a Sat. Since we had no heat they came right out the next day. Super nice guys, great workers and fast. Excellent job! So thankful!

Mike was very helpful on providing tips and tricks to get the best air flow during the winter. He checked all the vents and made appropriate adjustments to the dampers. He was very friendly with our dog. I will be requesting him for when we need our AC checked. It’s great to have a local business to use for our heating and cooling needs.

I would absolutely recommend this company. .It was 95 and my air stopped working on a Saturday! They were here within hours and did not price gouge me cause it was a weekend like other places I had called. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely us them in the future

This is the first time I have used Comfort First that was recommended by a friend of one of the Techs. It is so easy to get ripped off when you have no idea what is wrong with your air conditioning and trust me I didn't!
I called for an appointment late on Friday and the first availability was Saturday AM! Of course it was a HOT night and ceiling and oscillating fans were not much help.
My Tech Tony arrived and within 5 minutes had diagnosed my problem. My heart was dropping because I figured I was going to get a huge bill. Thankfully my charges were fair and he even took off an extra $50 for
