I’ve had experiences in the past in fact 3 times this year already (2021) in fact fact twice this summer on the same car but todays service for some reason was off and odd the guy watched me like a bug when he was done he looked up and down at me in my garage like he wanted to Sopp me up with a nice fat buiscuit then he had me wait like half an hour before giving me the price that actually changed three times also I got no receipt for the job he had done an while I waited for him to do Lord knows what in his van I had to watch him talk and laugh and have a good ole time on FaceTime with somebody

Long story short my alarm system locked me out of my car. The great keysmith tech showed up, opened my car and replaced my car key. He was very communicative, didn't leave me hanging after first contact. He gave me an estimated time of arrival, and called upon arrival as well. I asked for options to make copies and the tech wasn't shady and try to upsell. He was great, easy to work with and a great resource of information. Would def recommend.

I called this business on a Friday to order some replacement key fobs as mine had become cracked and could no longer hold the metal key. The dispatcher informed me that someone would come out on Sunday at 1pm and that I would receive a call before they arrived.
2pm on Sunday, still waiting with no phone call informing me they would be late. I call the business back and they say they'll tell the technician to call me. 10 minutes later, I receive a call from the technician that didn't know what service I requested, didn't have the parts he needed and would have to come out on Tuesday to replace
