I kept calling to get information and they kept hanging up on me I call back 3 times and the last time I call I hear in a low voice the guy on the phone try to whisper “ she just keeps calling back” THATS RUDE AND SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN ALL IM DOING IS MAKING A SIMPLE CALL I WILL NEVER CALL FOR HELP EVER AGAIN THAT WAS THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD .

Terrible experience! One of their locksmiths CRISTIAN DINCA committed theft and stole my husbands master key to his car. He pocketed the money, avoided, and ignored all of our text and phone calls as we tried to reach him for three days straight. It took for us to threaten the business with police involvement for their locksmith to return what they stole from us. We needed help and contacted this company since they had positive reviews and thought we can have one of your locksmiths help us. How dare you take advantage and practically committing theft. Ace service. These guys aren't cheap but they are very professional and friendly. I had them come out and make keys for some of our fleet vehicles, bill was a little more than expected. However I will be using these guys again, late model software, onsite key cutting etc. You get what you pay for, They were prompt answering the phone, on schedule, and happy to accommodate some additional unscheduled work I tossed in their lap.

Avi showed up real quick. I told him I had an appointment to get my back glass installed right after he was done and he reassured me that I wouldn't miss my appointment. We recently bought a new used car and our key wouldn't lock or unlock our doors. So we wanted to get it fixed and get a fob installed in our car. We thought we had to replace the entire cylinder in the door which isn't something he could replace but Chris was so helpful and and said he would see what the problem was on top of programming a key fob to our car. He was able to find out that the problem was that our key we received was just warn down or not cut right. He solved the problem and saved us a trip to the mechanic! Now we Have a key that works in the door and a key fob! He was

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. Called this rip-off place to get a key fob because mine was broken. All is good until 5 months later, how convenient the 90 day warranty is up too, and the fob no longer works. Set a time up for the guy to come look at the remote and never shows up. Cowards!! Spent $300 to go back to square 1 now. Worst place ever. Dont waste your money here! They dont care about you, just your money! And the key fobs are a generic pieces of crap! Fall apart when you open it up to change the battery. SMH! Lesson learned!

BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!! Do Not use this company. First off, it is not even a real company. I came across their number on the internet. I needed to have a key made and have it programed. He came to my house, tried programing a remote but could not get it to work. He then offered me a key with no remote. I just needed a programed key so I agreed to have him program another none remote key. My car started, but the programing is still not working properly. I called the tech back, to explain the situation and see if he can come back and try to reprogram the key. His reply
