We started our services in Northern Tahoe, where we operated our own service company as well as trained contractors and businesses in wood restoration techniques. We used William Filer's company, Restoration8, to stain our house, garage, deck, and stairway leading down to the house. The house and garage look fantastic. His Envirolast product coated the structures beautifully. However, the deck and stairway look horrible. After one year, the stain was peeling off the wood.
I contacted Bill regarding the matter and he told me he would re-stain these areas, but he never did. I contacted him three times in 2020; each time he promised to take care of the issue. But 2020 passed and nothing was done. I have contacted him five times in 2021. He responded
