Jorge is the Founder and CEO of JNT Construction and Co-Founder and CEO of Elevate Commercial Investments Group. Jorge was born and raised in Miami, Florida from Cuban descendants and moved to Dallas in 2008. We received a response from our request for a roof repair quote within just a few hours. The repair was quoted for a reasonable price and work was scheduled promptly. STAY AWAY! Great when they get your money, but if there are any issues after that... forget about it! This will be the first time in long time that I've had to leave a negative review.
In March of 2017, JNT Developers installed a new roof at my home for $15,000 that was paid in full. On May 27, 2019, I reached out to them concerning water damage found on my dining room ceiling wall. My insurance adjuster came out and noticed that the roof just above where the damage is located didn't have the proper flashing in the valley where water would be prone to collect. Great Fence at a reasonable price!!
After months and months of going through many companies to replace our fence, I finally found a company that not only did an excellent job, but did the work at a very reasonable price. There were a few things I wanted to change and Jamie took care of them in record time. The most impressive event was that at the end of every work day they ensured that the fence was secure for the dog, so I didn't have to worry about her going out into the backyard. Anyone looking for excellent craftsmanship at a livable price, this is the company for you! Thank you again

I used JNT Developers to replace a roof and water damage that resulted from a storm. JNT assigned Charlie Gray as the Project Manager and he truly took care of every detail. JNT handled my insurance company claim which was exceedingly convenient and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. The roof looks excellent and their interior work was outstanding.

After the hail storm I set off to get a few inspections and quotes. Eric of JNT stood out from the rest because he was professional and knowledgeable, not to mention the competitive quote they drew up. He made a potentially hard situation, easy. I highly recommend them.

Josh Sanchez and JNT were very easy to deal with and the company did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters. In fact, we were so impressed with them, that we also had them replace some rotted wood that we had around the house as well as replace part of our wooden fence. The entire crew was very professional and punctual. I would definitely hire them again!

all of the employees were extremely helpful and fought on my behalf with the insurance company to get exactly what I was owed. Josh Sanchez was the contractor I used and he was one of the most helpful and knowledgable contractors I have ever dealt with, He was prompt to respond to my texts and even came to my place of business to show me samples of roofing shingles

I'm a real estate investor and hired JNT to remodel a house I flipped in 2013-14. In short, I encountered all of the nightmare scenarios that you hear about with shady general contractors: poor quality work, multiple missed deadlines (and by multiple I mean one after another after another), and lousy/nonexistent communication about the status of the project. The owner of the company, Jorge Abreu (he goes by "George"), even admitted to me in an email that JNT did a lousy job, while at the same time stating that I was "an excellent customer".

JNT developers led by Charlie was very professional. My roof replacement was shared with 2 other neighbor's (Row Homes). We were kept informed during the bid process, the actual work and we were provided before and after photos. I was happy with the work done on my roof by JNT and would recommend to future customers.

JNT developers does great work! They have to the best and most honest roofers in Dallas. They repaired about 5 houses in my neighborhood after a big hail storm 3 years ago. All their roofs still look great. Some of the others don't look good. They made sure to do the job 100% so the roof lasts. Taking care of all the little things like flashing, waterproofing and vents. They educate you too. Did you know a roof needs to "breath" or it will fall apart quickly.
