Hired Jackson’s to remove 2 trees & lightly prune 2 more trees. Their 55 ton boom truck parked inches from front roofline on concrete slab in front of house. This slab is both an immediate visual to front doors & functionally important as it deflects massive water flowing toward home down steep drive. When they left hurriedly with full payment at noon I’d not had chance to inspect much. While cleaning up mess they’d left behind I discovered large full thickness crack in concrete where boom truck was parked. Immediately left message for owner & said I needed to file damage claim. Jackson Tree surgically removed several large trees, including a 100' poplar without any collateral damage to nearby trees, house or driveway. They were not in a rush, and were as careful as could be in getting the job done right. The crane operator was nimble and there was no drama in getting the job done. I've had many trees removed from our property over the past twenty years by different teams, and I'm very satisfied with Jackson's work.

We were very happy with Jackson Tree service. Knowing a crane was going to be used made me nervous, but after watching how skilled and professional these guys were put me to ease. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything they did. They even went out of the way to remove some old brush we had. We would highly recommend them for anyone we know.

We have waited over a month to get him to come and give an estimate. He came recommended by another tree guy, because he had a crane. He spends a total of 2 mins at my sons house and says he can't take the tree down because of some wires. Isn't that why he has a crane? We have gotten 4 estimates, and no one else has ever mentioned the wires. I guess it comes down to, he doesn't want the job.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. First time I used them was a good experience except for fact they only take cash or check, and don't tell you this upfront. Scheduled them to come out again and can say it's been one of the worst experiences of my life as a customer. Rained a ton day before and morning they were scheduled to come out. Assumed they wouldn't be able to do work with all the rain we got, but I had to call them to find out new date. Upon calling I'm informed I need to be put back on the schedule for 5 weeks later. Mind you I've already been waiting 5 weeks since work was

I have worked with Elive and his crew for over 4 years. He and his crew are top notch, professional and easy to work with. Yes, you have to write a check, yes, you have to give them time to come back but to me they are worth every bit of that. They are family oriented and caring. A few years ago we had trees that blew down into our driveway. Without a hesitation Elvie and his crew were here to rescue us, so we could get out and go to work. They run a family business. It's not a big crew, so you don't always get immediately on their list but they will not forget about you and rest assured they will

We hired Jackson's Tree Service to remove two pine trees in our front yard. We live on a busy street and the trees were very close to the power lines. Though the quote was more expensive than the other companies we researched, we are so happy we went with Jackson's. They came in at about 8:30am with a pretty big crew. Everyone was super efficient, so I suppose I should not be too surprised they were finished shortly after lunchtime. They left the yard in pristine condition - I would not have been able to tell they were even there except the fact that two trees were missing! I would highly recommend

The most professional and family centered tree service company in the Triangle. Excellent customer service on the front end to arrange an estimate for tree removal. Prompt and courteous. The owner, Elvie, came out on a weekday evening so my husband could be home from work for an estimate. Elvie offered his professional opinion and looked for ways to do the service economically. On the day of the service, the crew was outstanding. Each crew member was focused on safety, detail oriented and had effective communication with each other.
