This company serviced my business for over six months and they constantly missed visits, deadlines, jobs, etc. They were supposed to visit on average three times per month, and instead averaged once every six weeks. They constantly came outside our approved hours (the office had to be open when they visited) and this even resulted in them being robbed due to not following procedures.
We eventually let them go due to poor performance and their response was to begin leaving petty reviews on our various location's websites disparaging us, after giving us very poor service.
