This was an amazing experience. We were shell shocked by some of the quotes we received from other trimmerss. Cheaper does not always mean better, but in this case it exceeded my expectations. We were leary about damage to our new roof and gutters, but austex took extreme care and avoided any limbs from falling on our roof. The climbers were like surgeons carefully removing large limbs without incident. We had a tree removed and three others were topped off because of the winter storm. All actvities were completed in two days and cleanup was great. Look forward to working with them in to the future

I called Austex tree services this afternoon when I noticed I had an uprooted Bradford Pear in my backyard. Hale and his crew were absolutely amazing, from the time I placed my call to the timer he tree was cut down, was a total of 4 hours tops. We were so impressed that we booked them for another non emergency job for next week!

I received 5 different bids before finally choosing Austex tree service to remove 3 very large palm trees which had become overgrown to the point of becoming dangerous. In addition, I also went ahead and asked to have my 2 live oaks trimmed which had been neglected for far too long. The pricing was fair, straight up, and honest. The crew did an OUTSTANDING job. Absolutely outstanding (I can't emphasize that enough). They were respectful of my property, my neighbors property, highly courteous and professional - and highly skilled. I had Abraham and his crew out trimming three large oaks in my front yard that mean a lot to our family and home. The trees were in pretty dire need of some TLC as the previous homeowner had not trimmed them in about 15 years. Abraham was informative, responsive to my requests and questions, and very professional throughout the process. Our trees look amazing, the cleanup was thorough, and we couldn’t be any happier with our experience. We even received multiple compliments on how good the trees looked the same day.

Had a great experience with Austex Tree Service today! We had a huge limb from a 20 year old Bradford pear tree unexpectedly fall on Sunday afternoon, and we were bummed. Called up Austex and the owner, Hale, answered and was super nice. He actually offered to come take a look that same day (on a Sunday evening!) and give us an estimate. He is very friendly and professional and we were relieved at the great price he quoted. It actually was so affordable that we were able to have the whole problematic, rotted tree removed with the stump ground down as well. Abraham and his crew came out as promised

I am so upset and distraught. I hired Austex to remove 2 trees, trim the trees & branches around the home to provide a five to eight foot clearance around the house, and raise the canopy on one tree. The did a great job removing the 2 trees but when it came to tree trimming and raising the canopy, they butchered 2 trees which now look absolutely terrible. They came at 8 AM with 6 guys and by 10 AM the damage was done. I noticed they were hacking off and butchering very large limbs and disfiguring the tree so I got off my work call and went out to look and the damage was done.

This was my first experience hiring a tree service, and I was very impressed with Angel and his crew. They did a phenomenal job, and I can't believe how fast they got it done! Clean-up was very thorough.
Prices were reasonable, and my yard looks worlds better. A big thank you to Angel for going the extra mile to ensure a happy customer. I'll definitely be using them for future tree service needs.

You can believe the 5 star reviews. For over 30 years I have used many services for our 1/3-1/2 acre lot full of oaks and elms. I used to just take the next guy that came to my door and then haggle to what I thought was decent price. Of course quality varied. Then came the time we had to remove too dang many live oaks and I sought bids. Austex came in second lowest but was the most first-class firm. I had an Arizona Ashe that bit the dust and needed to be removed and I also needed some tree trimming done on trees that were 19 years old and were hitting the house. From the initial call through the tree stump grinding, everyone I had contact with was professional, low-keyed (read, no high sell) and very well informed. Joe, and his crew of 4, came in and took the tree down in about a half hour along with pruning all of the trees that needed a haircut. We called Austex Tree Service to remove 3 large palm trees in our backyard. They were professional on the phone and came out quickly to bid the job. Last year these folks did some emergency work for me at my dad's house, so I already knew they were great - fast, thorough, friendly and professional.
