Bulls Moving

These people scammed us out of $10,000 in February and still nothing. They blocked me on venmo when I called them out. His helper is Yaroslav vilotnik, look him up on venmo. They are constantly sending money back and forth, including their Yachts. These guys need to be made responsible for this. They are taking hundreds of thousands of dollars and nothing is being done!!!

Finally received my belongings after 78 days when it was suppose to be 7-10. Biggest nightmare of my life. They will give you a cheap estimate, triple the price upon pickup and then never answer the phone or emails or deliver until they get ready most of my items were damaged and unable to be used. They left my items in a warehouse only 8 min away from my house and held it hostage until I had a lawyer contact them. They are crooks who do nothing but hold items for ransom because they know people are desperate and want to get their items. Here's how my furniture got returned to me when I went

Owner has an arrest warrant out for him. For holding people's property and only delivering of more money is paid. Google it. Stay away.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. How they are in business amazes me. They used a third party to pick up our stuff and sent a half full truck to pick up a 4 bedroom house then I had to call a dozen times to get them to send another truck. Then they sent another half full truck that barely ran. Part of the contract was I could not right reviews or go to the better business bureau if I had an issue. Well here I am. We had well over 6,000 dollars in damages and probably another 3,000 in missing items. They stop answering the phones after they figure out the number you call from and constantly

This company is ILLEGALLY OPERATING. They received a cease operations order on June 9th. Don't hire them. They will take your money and never give you your things. Bulls is also known as Chicago Top Movers, Platinum, Spark Moving, and A1. Avoid all of these at all costs.

1. File a police report in Gurnee, IL for deceptive business practices and theft by deception. Send the police to their location if you can. File a police report where your carrier is located, and file one where your things were picked up. Give their

Did not show up when expected. Did not come prepared for move with supplies or a truck. Does not answer phone calls. Holds your belongings in storage for in determined amount of time causing all who hire this company to live in empty homes for weeks and weeks. Poor customer service. Do not hire.
Would have given zero stars if possible.

I used this company for a cross country move.
1. When they showed up, they doubled the price quoted.
2. They charged me several hundred dollars as a "crating fee" for my motorcycle which consisted of them wrapping my bike's handlebars with cardboard. The damage to my bike was over a thousand dollars.
3. They destroyed an antique hutch that had been in family for three generations. Ironically, they charged me extra for the hutch because it was "fragile" and required "extra handling".
4. They claimed insurance would cover the hutch and the bike. Nope. No insurance

They got our deposit and have made several promises to show up. After a few days they don't answer? And I may have to move myself. The pandemic may let them run over you in court but there are other complaint resources, the atty general, the Dept of Transportation, and ways to bankrupt them so they won't scam anyone else. They have an F rating on BBB. Have I been scamed?

We did a long distance move from Omaha to Phoenix. Bulls Moving packed up our belongings in Omaha and took them to a storage unit to store for 30 days before delivery to Phoenix. After that 30 days in storage, the driver that went to pick up our things from the storage facility to load them for Phoenix was so appalled at the state of our belongings that he took pictures before loading his truck (see pictures 1 & 2). Our things were thrown into a pile on a dirty floor and had grease marks, dirt, and footprints all over them. In the center of picture #2 you can see an antique doll's baby

Meanwhile my son in law is on the phone with "the boss" Rafael. My son in law told me to sign the paper and pay him the balance of 1182.10, yep, in cash.

They start unloading and Danny says let's get this done, I'm tired from moving your stuff and its dark. I told him you shouldn't have spent 3 hours getting here. They wrapped things up and left around 11:30. Oh yea, Danny got a tip of $17.90, and only because I didn't have change.

What I have surmised is that the 800-558-0599 from the Bulls Moving website is merely a call number where they just farm out the job

Absolutely terrible communication and will make promises they can't or won't deliver on. Immediately look somewhere else. It will save you time and unnecessary frustration.

Updating this review after I received my belongings. The shipment was delayed twice and customer service line was really hard to reach but (after I left a negative review) I did manage to get in contact with them they were apologetic and helpful.

This company should work on not promising delivery dates they can't make as well as more frequent communication.

Update on 5/4:
They called me today to deliver on next Friday. But I have travel work on Friday and Saturday, I have been waiting them since 4/9 and as they promised last week. Anyway, they promised to deliver next again within 7-10 days. I will make my work schedule available next week and will keep the review updated

DO NOT USE!!!! This company was a nightmare to work with. They are not clear with pricing of storage, had I known it would cost me $400 for storage I would have NEVER done so, I was told it would be $100. I was told that my things would be delivered on October 22, I didn't receive it until November 14. The company doesn't answer phone calls, emails, or respond to voicemails unless the cops are involved. When my things were delivered they were broken and I was missing my absolute favorite bookshelf. Unfortunately, we did not even choose this company. Our original company lied that they were a carrier company, but they turned out to be a broker, so Bulls Moving company is the one who showed up on moving day. Bulls Moving still have not delivered our stuff, over 2 months late.

When I've tried to contact them, I have been put on hold indefinitely, or encountered a full voicemail box.

It's been over a month. Not only did they double the cost after they got there to pick up my stuff, but now I can't get in contact with anyone to have it delivered!!

Update 9-22-2020
I finally got my items. I dealt directly with Ralph. He was very communicative and kept me apprised of everything that was going on all the way up to the day of delivery. One item was broken but that was taken care of.

Just call these guys directly! Seriously....

We used a broker, who wasn't completely honest with us and had our stuff locked up all over the country in multiple states. It was an absolute nightmare having 25+ years of our belongs scattered throughout the country.

After a lot of runaround, lack of call backs from the broker, I was able to track down Rafael, the GM of this company, and he handled it swiftly and smoothly.

He scheduled one of his rockstars, Alex, to perform multiple pickups and delivered our belongings undamaged, on time and as promised. True man of his words.

My sister received her belongings today after almost being a month late. They held her stuff hostage till we changed the review to a three star review, but that's not stopping me from bringing it right back down to a one. Would be a zero if there could be a zero rating. Some of her stuff was damaged. Three pieces of valuable furniture were missing, she was missing four or five boxes. She had a NIGHTMARE of an experience with this company.

If you value your time, money, possessions do not do business here.
