Heartland floors repaired our termite damaged floor in the study, which are wide planks with wood pegs. We were very leery about anyone working on the floor because we have had bad experience with others who basically gouged the floor while sanding.
But when Jim came, I found him to be very organized and it was evident to me that he knew his business. Even though they were a little more expensive than others, we chose to have them redo our floor. That was definitely a good decision. They were very efficient and they came when they said they would.
All I had to do was contact Dan who was in charge of scheduling at the end of the day and he told me what time someone would be there. The finished floor is beautiful. The replaced planks look like they have been there with the rest of the flooring. We are definitely very happy that we chose Heartland floors to restore the study to its original state and we will definitely call them again when a flooring need comes up.

Heartland Floors was awesome to work with during our remodel. They installed new wood floors in the living room that tie in to the existing kitchen wood floor and filled in were cabinets were moved. Stain samples were put down to help us choose the best color to neutralize the red in the oak. Water popping was used to insure the stain would take evenly. The result is a beautiful, warm brown color that flows through the kitchen, living room and hallway. Heartland Floors was patient with our scheduling issues whenever we had to make changes. I highly recommend Heartland Floors for new and old wood

25 years ago Heartland installed our entry way wood flooring and today they installed LVP throughout our entire main floor. Awesome team to work with while selecting the proper product and design. GREAT WORK :) love the outcome!! We have the original hardwood floors from when our home was built in 1966, and they had years of stains and scratches. The team did an amazing job of resurfacing and staining, the floors look BRAND NEW! We can’t stop talking about how fantastic they turned out. We contacted Heartland Floors several months ago to have our kitchen floor redone. Jim, one of the owners, came out to do the estimate. We were so impressed with him that we didn't ever get a competitive bid, which we usually do. When the job was completed, there were some imperfections so we called and asked for someone to come. Jim came and agreed the floor was up to company standards and he even found a couple of things we didn't notice. Dan, another owner, arranged for Clayton and Jose to come repair the floor the next week. These guys were awesome....treated the floor as it was in their own

Recently did repeat business with this company in a new house -- it had old wood under carpet but some needed replaced and they did a great job integrating the old wood with the new. Got good information with the estimate and final price was within the estimate. Took care of any minor problems that came up quickly and to our satisfaction. 2nd great job for us by Jim and his team.
