Services
CityWide provides business loans, incentive financing and solutions to businesses and development projects that encourage the vitality of Dayton, Ohio and the Dayton region. Our economic development programs support community driven initiatives through Economic Development Financial Programs. Our financing tools are designed to complement private sector lenders and investors.
CityWide's approach to community development begins by identifying neighborhood assets and strengths. CityWide practices consensus organizing which seeks to identify and harness mutual self-interest towards the greater goal of creating a healthy community. CityWide is a leader in the creation and implementation of comprehensive community development strategies and programs.
The Greater Downtown Housing effort is a keystone in the rebirth of Downtown Dayton. As each residential unit is completed and the downtown neighborhood grows, the City becomes more economically sustainable. Urban living has become the foundation of the live, learn, work, play, create formula for the New Downtown.
