Services
Some machine components are attached to each other with large bolts - some are very large in diameter. These bolts must be tightened to a very high torque setting ranging into the thousands of pounds pressure. We have the special equipment and trained personnel to install and tighten these fasteners to the proper working spec.
Whether you're moving your plant machinery down the street or thousands of miles away, CMM offers turn-key service to dismantle, transport, reassemble, level, align and anchor your machinery. We can also set up the machine geometry according to OEM specifications. We handle all the transportation and logistics and stay with your machinery until it is back in service.
We have the equipment and experience to meet alignment and leveling tolerances on all of your machinery. Many installations call for multiple machines to be aligned at a specified elevation to within.5MM and leveled to each other throughout the machine line, which sometimes exceeds hundreds of meters.
We maintain over 67,000 square feet of secure warehouse space to effectively handle logistics and machine delivery for our customers. We can arrange to receive newly purchased machinery and schedule delivery when you're ready. We also use warehouse space to coordinate large projects, delivering components to the warehouse and then transporting them to a customer's location for assembly and installation.
