I will never hire them.
They assembled in wrong way my son's desk. So it doesn't fit the way we want to. I keep asking to come back to reassemble it, but they never did.
Bad experience.

Great responsiveness getting this move scheduled. The movers were great - they worked hard and protected furniture with pads, paper, tape and shrink wrap. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We have used this company before and knew immediately that we wanted to use them again when we bought our home recently. The staff assigned to our move was prompt, professional and worked so hard! They were organized and courteous. Thank you for making our move great!

DO NOT HIRE! Worst experience. Owner very personable and good con. They packed, stored house contents for six weeks and moved me. Items broken and stolen, large and small. TV, large oriental rug, electronics, tools, furniture and accessories broken, destroyed or stolen. Charged me extra for insurance on antique furniture then refused to file a claim. Owner refused to bring my items and refused to let me pick up at his warehouse. I called, wrote certified letters with no response repeatedly.

Stay away from these movers. My items went missing/stolen from a move they did and they will not take responsibility.

Worst experience ever!!! They broke my tv, tried to get away with not wrapping my leather furniture, caught them dragging it on the cement outside, had to tell them to wrap it, they wrapped it with plastic.... wood tables chipped, night stand leg was destroyed, needs to be trashed now, dropped boxes down the stairs, broke $300.00 lamps, I could go on and on. When I told them about the damages, they said that they don't cover electronics. What is the purpose for them to have insurance if they don't use it cover damages!! As others have said this is just a group of hard working people. They show up on time, they work efficiently and most of all there are no hidden costs. I only use Iorg when I need movers in Knoxville.

I used this company in the past and they were great, but my second experience wasn't so great. The movers were almost 2 hours late, didn't have the right tools to take apart my bed, and sat around for more than 45 minutes without asking for the tools. They did deduct time off because they weren't actually doing anything during that time but it made my 2-3 hour move an all day event. The following week my roommate used another company and they were able to move her is half the time and half the price. She also had way more furniture than I did and had stuff upstairs when I was all

This was the best moving company that I have ever worked with. Dexter and his crew were amazing and Rachel was incredible with organizing everything!

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had or heard of. They ripped a brand new fabric headboard, broke an antique china cabinet, -and one of the guys rolled a metal barrel across our brand new hardwood floors. It's scratched so deep it can't be touched up. They said the flooring was too expensive and they weren't going to fix it. They won't return our phone calls now. I've never written a review online but this was such bad service that I feel people should know. I understand there are mistakes in business but what defines you is how to respond to those mistakes. Items were damaged during the move and a box is missing. They were noted and signed off by the supervisor. We've been here for a month now and they refuse to fix the items that they assured me would not be a problem. Im fine with it if they would just call me and say "we're not going to do it" then I'll just fix it myself and move on with life.

Could not have been more pleased with my moving experience.
The highlight of my move was definitely the flat rate. I was nervous about using a moving company as I know hourly rates can add up very quickly and I was not looking to spend a fortune. The rate I was given at the beginning of my move never changed. Of course I'd like to add the men were polite and hard working as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great company and they are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the customer . Rachel was very helpful and walked us through the move the whole time. TJ was a super hard worker and deserves a bonus or a raise for his efforts and attitude!

This company was such a great group of hard workers. They did a great job and Matt went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with moving our entertainment center.Bryan had a great personality and all very professional. They were fast showed up on time and the pricing is very affordable. I will be giving them my recommendation to family and friends in the future.Job well done.
