Was forced to use Green's because our builder has a long-standing relationship with them. At the end of the first year we received a bill for $375 to renew the contract. I called and told them I didn't want to renew the service and they told me that since they had already come out and done one inspection in the new term that we'd have to pay the bill. Lady on the phone was rude and basically threatened that if we cancelled our contract anyone else would charge us $1200 to treat the yard before entering into a contract. We supposedly were to get 3 free inspections of the traps during the year and

Charged me for work they didn't do, in fact they couldn't do without access to the area. I received Green's report from the seller in escrow. After closing I called to schedule work, but after two missed appointments I hired another company who reinspected (same results) and treated my home. 11 months later I received a phone call threatening collections and credit bureau action if I didn't pay. I explained there must be a mistake, that not only was service never rendered, but they could not even access the area to treat without me being present. I went so far as to provide them treatment documentation

Service is good. Representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. BIGGEST CRITICISM: We do not like the system of calling ahead to TELL us when the rep is coming, instead of ASKING us when it would be convenient. This time we had received no voicemail or notice at all! Barbara just happened to be home yesterday morning for the termite service and quarterly pest control. We have tried to communicate this to Green's but to no avail. As it is, we just have to expect that sometimes the rep will come out at times we won't be home and have to reschedule. We liked it much better

I'm so glad I chose Green's Exterminating to get rid of my termite problem in my garage. They came out and gave me an honest, straight forward estimate, not a sales pitch that would cost in the thousands nor did they try and sell me an expensive contract. Jeff came to the house and did a wonderful job. Worth every penny. The folks at Greens are all friendly and warm people. I felt good about the whole deal.

With active termites, I contacted three companies to compare. I felt the most comfortable with all the staff at Green's, from my first phone call all the way through the installation, and confident with their abilities to resolve my problem. Everyone was friendly, worked as a team, and I was kept informed every step of the way.
