Steve and Casey provided exceptional customer service and quality work. We have a third car garage that has been turned into an office which created some challenges. Steve discussed multiple options with me and ultimately was able to custom fit the garage door panels on the third garage door to match perfectly with the working two car garage doors. I would highly recommend North Country Garage Door to anyone need a new door, or service to an existing one.

We had a garage door spring snap on us yesterday, from the minute I called Steve, the North Country's representative was extremely professional and helpful. Steve came out the next day made the repairs and explained everything in detail. Professional customer service is not something you see much of anymore. We will be recommending and using North Country for our garage door replacement in the future and all our garage door needs. Prices are very reasonable which was a plus.

Our entire experience with North Country Garage Door has been wonderful. Steve returned all of our calls quickly, no high pressure sales tactics and there were many door options to choose from.
Casey did the installation of two doors by himself in a little over five hours! He arrived on time, took down the old doors and rails, installed the new doors, connected them to the door openers, tested everything, cleaned up the work site and hauled the old doors away. He told me he has been doing this for 30 years and his experience shows in his work.
The doors themselves are rock solid and gorgeous

After experiencing this company/s work, I have to say this: North Country Garage Door ranks at the top. Steve was highly professional. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and got the job done with professionalism and courtesy. They removed the old door, then installed the new door perfectly. Steve (sales) was knowledgeable and friendly answering all my questions and giving me options that fit my budget. Casey installed the door in single digit temps without complaining.
