This was my first time having flooring replaced and this service couldn’t have gone this well or smoothly without the help from Skip and Cindy at River City Flooring. These two walked me through the whole process and answered any and all questions for me throughout, it really shows how great these people and business are. Could not be anymore pleased with our new hardwood flooring. Chris and staff at RCF were professional and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Any questions or problems were addressed promptly. Bill was the go to person to address any issues. Fortunately, we had none but it was nice to know we had a point person if needed. If you'd ever like to just get an estimate they have one of the most qualified and best in the business. Cindy has been measuring and quoting estimates for almost 30 years. I have used River City Flooring on three separate occasions from refinishing to new hardwood install / stain. Their install and sanding / staining teams were wonderful to work with and took care of everything. They were polite, finished and started on time and most importantly cleaned up at the end of each day. If you are looking for new flooring or refinishing an existing floor I would highly recommend them.

I have had an excellent experience with River City Flooring. From the first visit of the salesman to the recent installation completion, I have found all employees to be polite, knowledgeable, and very protective of my home. My situation was a bit complicated, but Skip Sutton took the time to research and find an acceptable solution. All scheduled appointments were met and the installation crew even worked on a snowy Saturday to meet our deadline for the next stage of my project. I would definitely return to River City Flooring.

The flooring I used from River City Flooring was outstanding. I looked at the big box stores for options but the quality and service offered by Chris Brumley and his team were outstanding. I used a 3/8" pre-finished engineered hardwood in a home that I was renovating for our daughter. Of all the things I did to the home (and I spent 7 months renovating this house), the flooring was by far the biggest impact item. I really liked the consistency of the boards also. They all were manufactured well so that the tongue and groove went together seamlessly. My wife and I laid about 1200 sq ft within 5

The flooring turned out beautifully. They did a great job working with the brick facade we put in. I really appreciate the guys who did the work. They held furniture up so that I could put felt pads on the bottoms of everything and helped me lift everything and put the room back together.
My only issues:
They were a bit off on the estimate for putting it in because they didn't consider the trim would take longer to get than the flooring. (small thing)
They left a threshold off because they had measured incorrectly.
