We had an excellent car buying experience with the Drive dealership, Brock was very helpful with all our questions about our new car and was very helpful in getting the deal done. We were in-and-out in less than a 1/2 an hour, they were very good to work with. If we need to add to our fleet of shuttle vehicles we won't hesitate to call Drive again.

Superb customer service. My speakers weren’t working in a vehicle I just purchased from them. They had me bring it in to repair and use one of their vehicles while my car was in their shop! Everyone from the owner to the salesman, scheduler, and mechanic, all worked together to make it a quick and easy process for me. They made sure I was taken care of. I have been talking about Drive Auto Sales to all my family and friends. Definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase!

I helped my sister replace her worn out car. During the online shopping process, I indicated interest directly to several dealers. The only one that responded was Brock at Drive Auto. He showed an innate sense of good customer service all the way through the process. Although the price was not negotiable, it was fair. The car had been serviced by a mechanic like a big lot would do so I felt assured I wasn’t getting stuck with a bunch of maintenance tasks on day 1. He also provided the CarFax report without hesitation. (If a dealer won’t give you one, run like the wind.) I would shop here again

On the positive side, we were able to test drive and purchase our van with minimal hassle. We found the van online and then the process to finish the paperwork was quick and easy.
On the negative side, the repair that was promised to be completed did not actually happen. We left the van with them for a day and it looked complete when we picked it up. However, the problem resurfaced a couple of weeks later. I’m left with the impression that they don’t inspect the vehicles as closely as I feel they should.

We purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne in August 2020. Car was shipped to Nashville and when it arrived the back window mechanism did not work. The dealership was good and paid to get that fixed. The car however continues to have multiple problems... multiple electrical issues, oil leak, gas leak... we have spent thousands to keep the car running. The last repair we had the folks told us the car had been repainted and had been wrecked. The dealer was super nice, but sold us a POS!

I have never had a better experience buying a car. I found the listing for my dream car via KSL and was able to test drive it almost immediately. They were actually remarkably accommodating with the test drives. The day I took it to a mechanic I was in a huge rush and they had the car waiting for me so I could leave quickly. They even parked my car to save me time.

I was leery of going to a small used car lot, expecting the old cliches of used car salesmen. I could not have been more wrong! Drive's office space has a cool industrial look and everybody I worked with was very helpful and pleasant

I bought an Audi from these guys and initially they were great about addressing issues I have had. Now the car is having multiple problems, mostly loud squeaky brakes and missing parts under the car the Audi dealer caught. It is going back to the repair shop this Monday for more problems and it's getting expensive. Moral of the story, do NOT buy an Audi from a non-certified dealer such as this one.

I was really impressed with Drive. My wife and I found the exact car we wanted at an awesome price. They were very responsive when we would text and ask questions. They were really flexible, worked with us and very helpful. I'd highly recommend Drive auto.

I was so hesitant on buying a car, but their awesome website with all their inventory was super helpful! Once I decided on the car I wanted to test drive they responded to my text message quickly. I loved that they had a live person messaging me back.

Our old car unfortunately but the dust after just a couple of ears of usage and so we went hunting in the local market for the best deal and vehicles available. We knew we wanted something reliable and we knew we wanted something that would last... we also knew that we hated the used car salesman shopping experience.

Drive auto was really chill, really flexible and friendly as well. No pushy salesman tactics or techniques - just a very transparent shopping experience. Very little if any wiggle room on pricing which is probably the only downside, but overall it was a pain free buying experience

This is the kind of dealership that actually cares even after you leave because they want you to be a customer for life. I appreciate that they work with you even weeks down the road. They keep their promises with no hesitation. They're the lowest price I could find from Salt Lake to Provo with the quality I was looking for. We were looking to trade in my small Honda for a big family car. Out of all the cars and other dealerships we looked at, Drive had a car that was being sold for less than KBB listed it for, and it had the lowest miles of any car we had driven. Took it to a mechanic and everything looked great, even with new parts inside. The only downside was when we went to sign for a loan, we let them know what time we were coming, and we still had to wait a while for them to gather everything needed, just for a signature. Besides that, we had a great experience with them.

Dealing with Brock on an attempt to purchase a vehicle. He was "friendly" enough but slow in response. We were extremely interest in purchasing a vehicle from them immediately. Even having to travel over 600 miles to do the deal. He extremely low balled my trades value less than 1/2 of what I got for it last night when I purchased from a different dealer on an exact car. Not overly impressed and will not consider dealing with them for additional vehicles.

I LOVE Drive Auto. This was a great experience. All the sales guys were very knowledgeable and they were super easy going. They didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics. Before I bought the car, I noticed some small things that needed work (door handle and windshield wipers) and they took care of it right away. When I noticed the Bluetooth didn't hook up with my phone, they wrote in my contract that they would fix it. They have been so friendly, accommodating and informative. I will be recommending them to everyone that is looking for a car.

I second Andrew B.'s review. These guys go out of their way to find the best vehicle. I have purchased two cars from them and got great deals. My latest purchase was a 2011 Subaru. Mike gave me an amazing price and told me to come back if I had any problems. I didn't and love my car!
I have recommended them to several friends and family member. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sucks this guy had a bad experience, I've worked with these guys, low pressure, laid back. You must have bad luck you have never left a good review for any company on here only bad ones. Hope your luck gets better.
