My 18 year old son bought a car cash money from here on October 8th 2021. He has been having problems every since he bought it. He haven't drove his car for a whole month without something being wrong with it. I don't think he should be having problems with a car he spent almost 7000.00 for this quickly. They want to keep fixing it but he wants his money back before the warranty runs out! They sold my son a lemon. Do Not buy from here!!!

This company in the Orem location gave us a bad car and ripped us off. NOTHING in the car we got was checked. It is a decent car, but definitely not worth 22K when we got it…
No engine light was on when we test drove for 20 minutes. However, before going home with the car, the battery dies (Luckily they fixed it), and the engine light came on 2 days after we bought it. I think there is more than one issue on this car..I am afraid that it will have more problems in the future while we use this car for 2 or so years.

UPDATE: The owner personally reached out to me, and offered to repair the damages. The whole team was nice enough to give me their personal phone numbers so I could have constant communication with them as they repaired the vehicle. There were a few hiccups along the way which was irritating during the weekend after Thanksgiving, but it eventually got worked out and my car was fixed. I don’t know if i’ll ever buy from them again, or even recommend them, but for now, my car is running.

Found my dream car here! Connor and the finance manager were both great to work with, both of them easy-going, honest guys. They made buying the car a breeze. I bought my car at the Orem location. Great experience overall. My only complaint is that I had to immediately replace the windshield wipers (something I wish they had taken on in the first place) and practically no gas in the tank. These are just a few details that make an experience just short of stellar, but otherwise I'm super happy with my new car!

Best car-buying experience hands down. Caden and Jake were super helpful and answered every question I had, and even went through the trouble of detailing the car again for me before I came to pick it up the next day! I was super worried about buying a car at a dealership on my own, but they walked me through the entire process and were super kind and attentive the whole time. I did a lot of research and Action Auto is rated high. I found a car I liked and the purchase was pretty smooth. They assured me this car had never been in an accident and showed me the CARFAX report. It was extremely dirty inside but I overlooked that. I had the car a few months and the paint started "melting" by the rear door. They told me I spilled gas on the paint and that was why. This was not true. I demanded they fix it and found out from an employee in the shop when I dropped it off, there was body damage and they had had it repaired. The repair was not good, so they repainted that part

I came to the dealship after looking at the inventory on line. I called the dealer and asked how much the licenses and sales tax on the car. He said $17500. My husband and I traveled 250 miles to see the car. They brought the car to us. We test drove it for half an hour. Nothing was wrong with our car when we test drove. Absolutely the easiest, smoothest, fastest, pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. With our preapproval from Chartway Federal Credit Union we walked in test drove the car my wife loved, came back in less than 1/2 hour closed , and drove away. These guys are awesome. Action Auto was horrible to work with. Great price on a car, but not worth the hassle.
1) I was pre-approved through my bank to buy a car. When the guy went to give me the loan he falsely told me my bank didn't approve me and we went through their preferred dealer. My bank later told me that was false.
2) my temp tag expired. I went to get another temp tag to find out they never actually performed Emissions to get the car licensed.
3) I had to drive to Orem from my house to get IM done and they were clueless as to the situation.
4) they never filled the tank like they were supposed to.

I got a car from them and there were some things that needed to be fixed. They promised their mechanic would fix the problems. The car makes a terrible screeching noise and they said it was just the belts. So they said they'd replaced those but they lied they just greased them up or something to cover it up. I took the car to a mechanic and ended up paying him $2100 to fix the fan and a part for the radiator and other things that were broken. They tried to hide all of the bad things with the car and are very shady people. Also they are terrible at communicating and I had to reach out to them

They have a Nissan sports car there I found and yep - greenlight was offered and not carfax! Dirty! Passed and will continue to look. Love the free tank of gas for a good review. Orem location: Very disappointed with the car my daughter purchased. She took it through a car wash after purchased a week or so later and the paint on the left side doors began peeling off. Daughter reached out to Action Auto and got the run around. $1300 dollars later she went to a respectable collision repair shop. She had the doors repainted. The collision repairmen pointed out the considerable damage to the side that wasn't disclosed during purchase. Buyer beware.

Bought 2 cars from Orem location, both mistakes. They talk a good sale but the follow through is terrible. Would not buy a car from them again. 1 car has been a lemon from the beginning 2013 Ford Cmax. the car still keep dying randomly. Worst dealership in Utah! Crooks! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! We called to get our title and plates for the car for months after we bought it because they didn't have the courtesy to do so even though it was their fault. One star is too high. These guys are quick talkers and definitely willing to do anything to make the sell, and take advantage of people who are less educated in car buying. They sure taught me a lot. For a premium price that they wouldn't go any lower on they sold me a car with only 1 valet key. Telling me they could have their guys create a new key for me. Which didn't happen. They're definitely busy but their salespeople are on top of it. They don't hover at all and they don't keep you waiting but if you want something more personal then your best bet is to come earlier in the day. We didn't feel hustled or pressured here but from the looks of all the people pouring in to buy a car, they didn't need to. The only con I can think of is that they didn't have the car that was right for us, but definitely a
