Company provided by Home Advisor, contact was not immediate but that may have just been passthrough time between Home Advisor and the Air-Stream Plumbing. Once contact was made they were very quick, in fact they routed a tech who finished early on a previous job straight to me. Great guy, through, willing, candid. Took my info, including payment info and stated they'd (company) would be in touch. Waited couple of days, nothing, called no answer, left message(s), no returns, send an email so as to have a documented record if needed, no replies. Since I was never charged for the inspection, I consider

John and his team have been great to work with. Twice now I have used them. First was to replace a water heater and secondly when my a/c unit went out. Easy to work with and Nate was great to work with for both my water heater replacement and fixing my a/c unit after waiting two weeks from another company.

My husband and I are 100% impressed with the quality of work Jacob , from Air-Stream did in repairing our vintage 1935 toilets, tub, drain, and sink! We let go of the previous plumber from a "Handy-man" company, because they said our toilets could not be fixed and that we needed to REPLACE the vintage toilets with new toilets. Our Old Orchard home has original lights and plumbing from 1935. What a time for our air conditioner to go out....high 90's with heat index in the 100's...spoke to John this morning and didn't expect to hear from them for at least a day or so. To my wonderful surprise...received phone call before 10:00 a.m. and was told they'd be out in a hour or so. It was less than that....air conditioner is fixed...my husband is no longer afraid to be in the same 🏠 with me......(i just don't handle heat and humidity well at all). Thank you Air Stream plumbing and heating.... we're extremely happy with the service we received.

Air-stream plumbing removed a jacuzzi tub including the surrounding tile and removed a stand up shower. They installed a large walk-in shower and with the tile they saved from the jacuzzi surround (which was the same as the floor tile) they were able to patch the floor beautifully. Jacob and Ryan did a great job and they as well as John worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted on the project. I would definitely hire them again.
