Good company, nothing over the top here other than very responsive customer service. I will say, I think they're a little skimpy on the granuals to keep down spiders and bugs but they're worth it for keeping the spiderwebs at bay around the house and in all the eves of the house. I don't have any other pest issues to speak of so their service is working.

I honestly can not stress enough that you should go with another service provider. When you sign onto their plan, there is a long list of promises that are made, and they charge you a very hefty start up fee. However, even that first service the tech showed up not even knowing what he was expected to do. He sprayed around the outside. None of the other things were done. I had also paid an extra $45 for a specialized mosquito treatment which also wasn't done. Travalle with Aruza was very polite and professional as he serviced our home. He listened and addressed my concerns about ants inside the bath area and mice in the garage. He took the time necessary to walk my problem areas and service my home. He seems to enjoy what he does and I enjoyed visiting with him.

I highly recommend Aruza. They do more than any pest control company I have used in the past. The service is from the front curbside to the back yard fence. Most companies stop at just outside the edge of your house. Very reasonable rates and good efficient tech that did all that was promised. Very pleased!!

I have Aruza come once a month about for outside pest control and quarterly inside. After getting off on a rocky start w/ a mix up of scheduling, I'm just so happy I picked them. Every time the techs that come are personable and even more knowledgeable. Today I had TJ who was AWESOME! Helped me understand possible sources of where some of the bugs are coming from and how to keep things low and controlled. As a new home owner I find that very helpful and feeling confident I picked the right company. Thank you!

We tried them, but didn't help with the cockroaches we had. After the contract expired I tried to cancel but owner/manager tells me I have to let him know 1 month in advance saying they need to buy the materials ahead of time. Which doesn't make any sense. It's not like they have to buy 1,000 gallons of pesticide for my house. Does the pesticide expire in a month? So I tell them I want to cancel and this is the last time they will come. The manager says he will "flag" my account for cancellation and in 3 months they will reach out to cancel. Luckily they didn't call

I have been using Aruza for the last two years? And I can not say enough great things about them. Just recently they had came out to do the annual spray and we had all that rain which drove the ants to different locations. A call to Aruza and Kaleb, our tech came out and took care of the problem. I'm 4 months into my annual contract and Aruza has been nothing short of amazing! I was having a black ant problem in the kitchen and one bathroom and they came out as many times as needed to get the ants eradicated, happy to say that goal was accomplished. The techs have been on time and consistently professional and knowledgeable. Also their automated notification system for appointment and billing is spot on! This 5 star update is well deserved.

Company responded right away with a detailed plan of action. From the start, they didn't make me jump through hoops and were able to fit me in right away. When the tech came out, Deltawn, he was professional and courteous; a hard worker. Deltawn followed up to see how I was faring and came back out again to address the stubborn mice in our very old home. I am impressed and very happy I made the switch to Aruza!
