This company has GREAT customer service and they are very knowledgeable about all things bugs! They walked me through all the different options available to me and made me feel comfortable with the process. The technician was super friendly and kept me in the loop on when he would arrive. On top of that, they offer eco friendly services which was a bonus! With kids and a dog in the house that was really important to me.

I've dealt with other pest companies and have been disappointed every time and it has cost us $1,000 of dollars to correct. Sustainable Pest has been fantastic with their services, timeliness of appointments/responses and customer service all the way around. I called the company for concerns about possible bird in my dryer vent. Within hours the technicians, Matt and Travis, responded to investigate at no charge. They explained how a bird could get into the dryer vent and the removal process if required. Thankfully, they did not find a bird in the vent! In terms of prevention, they informed me about 2 types of bird cages that could be placed over the dryer vent and maintained so as not to be a fire hazard. I felt so much more at ease after they provided so much information about how it could be handled and prevented. Will definitely use them as necessary

I have been using Sustainable Pest for a couple of years now. I am beyond pleased by their service. Yesterday, I woke up to find ants everywhere in my kitchen. I called them and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out first thing today. There's no automated service with long wait times. When you call, Donna answers and is always pleasant. She is happy to help and works for schedule technicians as soon as possible.
The technician who came out today, Matthew S, was super friendly and helpful. He came in, with appropriate PPE, and took care of the problem and educated us on the process

If I need to update this later, I will. But my experience to date is that they are not reputable. It took 2 weeks to get on their schedule, I left for 2 days after they initiated thermal heat and residual spray, and woke up my first morning back with bed bugs. They blamed the bugs hiding in cool places, though I am more suspect of inadequate equipment or inadequate service. I have not found them responsive except to offer a re-inspection after my "warranty" expires. The thermal treatment really should have fixed the problem, since the temperature they assured me they used is "

Our business had a squirrel problem in our ceiling that was causing damage and needed to be fixed FAST. We contacted other companies first but the quote was too high or their response time wasn't able to fit our needs. Sustainable Pest Systems went above and beyond to get our problem fixed fast at a competitive price point. We were blown away by the knowledge of them and how friendly and professional they were.

I have to say I haven't had a pest control company care so much about making sure that I was well taken care of an happy! They came and sprayed my yard and bombed my home when we were taken over by fleas. I was at my wits end trying to remedy the situation myself. They were kind, timely, and easy to communicate with, not to mention fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering with pests!

The bedbug team at SPS is very friendly and very professional. Compared to other exterminators who came to bid on our job, they were much more thorough with their initial inspection, and they shared much more information about how/where bedbugs live, different approaches to elimination, and different likelihoods of success.
In the end, they did a… combination of heat and chemical treatment that seems to have taken care of our problems. (I'm confident that if we have any other problems during our warranty period, the SPS guys will show up quickly to stamp out any lingering problems.)

I reached out to Sustainable Pest Systems to come out to spray our rental property before we put it on the market for sale. The guy was very responsive with messages through Yelp. I was able to get a last minute appointment without any issues. They gave me an estimated arrival time, and showed up on time. Two guys came out. One guy was in training, and the other technician seemed to be doing a great job and was patient with explaining procedures, etc to him. Both were VERY friendly. They explained their findings and discussed the plan with me. There are many pest control companies out there, but

I had squirrels in the attic. I'm very impressed with the positive results in such an out-of-the-ordinary set of circumstances. The specialist was always on time and did a great job explaining his approach and the rationale behind it. He worked with me to figure out how to get the squirrels out permanently--also trapping in neighboring townhomes. Even with the extra day of work, the cost was within the initial estimate.
