I ordered furniture for my office in September. It was shipped and delivered in early November to this company to deliver and set up. It’s now a couple days before January and I still don’t have my furniture. According to this company they have no idea where my furniture is in their warehouse and they have to “try to find it and we will call you IF we find it”. That was several weeks ago and no one has called me or found my furniture. And these are not small items. It’s two large L desks with the hutch, 2 book shelves and 2 file cabinets. DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

He is the person to call if you need any hauling done. He responded quickly to the work request and arrived on time the next morning to haul away two mattresses and two box springs. He and his associate were a joy to talk with. We will definitely call him again if ever we need any moving or hauling done. Thank you.

Rafael and Lorenzo were my guys. They were very patient with my schedule and had to wait for me to get there. I had ordered a chair and they were awesome with their service. I also want to shout out to the ladies I spoke with at the office for helping it come together. I will definitely use them again!!

ProRelo delivered the generator I purchased. They gave me a heads-up the evening before with an accurate delivery time. I was contacted this morning and told they would be here in 30 minutes. They were right on time. Lorenzo and Sr unloaded my heavy generator and placed it where I asked. They were polite, personable, and professional. A great company with quality people. 5 stars!

Today I had a delivery. I live in a remote location, not easily found. The delivery person, Bryant, called to say they were on their way. Because I am hard to find we agreed that I would text him directions. He and the driver, Israel, followed them perfectly (you would be surprised how many people cannot follow directions). The delivery was unloaded and placed where requested. Bryant was very courteous and friendly while taking care of the paperwork. I would recommend this company.

The absolute worst experience ever! Terrible service on both ends of my move! Packing guys were awful leaving out 3 full cabinets, customer service was awful, items were broken, parts were missing when brought to my new location, 2 expensive items are broken, they hung up on my son asking why 2 men were being pulled from my job the morning of my move delaying my job getting done, everyone passes the buck, etc...my list of reasons NOT to use them is endless! Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! I'd hate to see anyone else spend what I had to for a nightmare. Just an

ReLo Pro advertises itself as a Bekins moving company. I don't know about that, but I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.
I signed a contract with them one month before my move. Plenty of time for them to schedule my move, according to Max, their salesman. He kept referring to his company as Bekins Moving and Storage. They use the logo, but they are not a nationwide moving company. They claim unexpected scheduling demands for their poor performance, with a month to prepare.

This was the company contracted for my wayfair delivery. Delivery was scheduled and confirmed for 1:30-5:30pm...driver called at 11am and said he would be late....never heard from ProRelo again that day, and delivery not made. I Called the office the next morning and was informed the truck broke down and they sent text messages to all customers advising there would be no delivery....I RECEIVED NO SUCH TEXT MESSAGE. ...WASTED MY DAY WAITING FOR NOTHING!!!The service person said the delivery would be made sometime today, but couldn't give any specifics, and was rather pissy about it!!

The delivery guys are very courteous and professional. I received a text and a call 20 minutes prior their arrival. However, the lady who answers and gives the call is unprofessional and does seem annoyed when I asked details about my delivery schedule. If not for the rudeness on phone etiquette this review would have been 5 stars!

I was very disappointed. I packed the entire kitchen, closets, fragile stuff, linens, bedding, bathrooms and other stuff myself and the price remained the same! I was also told to load up the drawers in my dressers/desks with stuff (which I have done in past moves) but then the loading people packed up the majority of it iinto boxes - did they need a certain number of boxes to keep the price up? I also thought the "packers" played more than worked. I leaned toward this company because they included cleaning after the move and it would be one thing of my "list" to deal with

Really like this moving company. I used them to help me move my apt into a storage unit last year. They are experts at stacking and fitting everything in the smallest space possible and made sure all my glass was wrapped, safe, and secure with straps in the truck. Nothing of mine was damaged. I would def use them again and might b using them next month to move across the country depending on the quote they give me. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me and were really cool!

If you use these guys, ask for Francis. Moving experiences can vary a lot depending on the specific employees you happen to get. Francis was by far the most professional and skilled mover I have encountered. Him and his assistant filled our truck, which we drove ourselves across the country, so it was especially important that the truck be packed well so our belongings would safely get to our destination. We are very grateful to Francis for accomplishing that. He was polite and considerate, but mostly, really knew how to the do the job and went far beyond the minimum requirements to make sure
