Founded by Pete and Sue Jacobson in 1976, Lake Country Builders leveraged Pete's love for carpentry and Sue's expertise in retail and customer service. Equipped with a tool-filled van, a will to succeed and a passion for helping customers realize their dreams, the company was built job by job, home by home and year by year.
From our humble "two person" beginning, we have grown to a staff of over twenty wonderful and talented people, all waiting to serve you with a smile. We completed an upstairs remodel this past fall and could not be happier. From start to finish, the team at LCB was helpful, responsive, and a joy to work with. Our project turned out better than we could have expected, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Lake Country Builders are constructing our new home. I say "new home," as our home that had been on this property burned down. We were going through a very tough time and we had lost virtually all our material possession. It was at this time that a friend recommended we meet with LCB to discuss building a new home for us on the same property.
