Lindee is a waste of time, trash company, they don't care about the quality of work being done, they did a halfa*s job and had to come back multiple times.
Dave is a piece of s**t, after showing him some issues he says they will take care of it and then only fixes one issue leaving the rest. Denisse is no different, never schedules times, just sends people over at random times, to follow up and fix something that should have been done right the first time. Then start asking to close contract before the job is done and will give the excuse that they have already moved on to their next job.

I haven't worked with Dave Kuennen of Lindee Construction Services yet, however, have met with his prospective clients and had discussions with him multiple times and he has been knowledge, professional, and a man of his word. I have met many people in this industry and Dave is on top of my list for contractors I want to work with. Being in the same industry I can tell you most positive reviews go unnoticed and unsaid. Given credit where it's due & Dave Kuennen is someone I would proudly work with based on our experiences together.

I was very impressed with Dave and his crew. Our bathroom remodel started early November. They rushed to get it done before the holidays. They let us be a part of the remodeling, we were able to pick out everything we wanted, now.we have a beautiful bathroom with accessibility. I would highly recommend them. They were friendly and knew ther business well.

I'm not going to waste a lot of time articulating my disgust with Lindee Construction. Hell has a special chamber for con artists like Dave Kuennen. That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it. How people can defraud elderly or disabled people and sleep at night
defies anything I was taught as a child. I could never do what he does and glance in the mirror in good conscience. The most despicable thing to me is that he is paid with taxpayer money and he charges two to three times what any contractor would charge. And then he walks away without finishing the job because the government doesn't give
