I hired Ryan Clark to do a number of things: flooring, drywall, replacing electrical outlets, hanging shelves, etc. The total bill was close to $14K, but he left so much work incomplete. Regarding the work that was completed: some was good, some was awful. Ryan's uncle Mark, his customer-care guy, came to my home to look at the sloppy and incomplete work. He agreed that: work was subpar, some of what I paid for was unfinished, and the stair landing were incorrectly carpeted (I paid them to floor those instead). Mark credited my account for some of the work and said Ryan would be back to finish

Bought a year old townhome from this builder. Beautiful finishes and design but lack of attention to detail and aspects of inferior work throughout multiple units. While doing builder repairs on unit next to us they violated city ordinance on noise pollution and did not stop even when we spoke to them personally. Very unfortunate and frustrating.

We had such a wonderful experience buying our new townhouse. Everyone was so helpful. It had been 40 years since we had bought a house and needless to say we had many questions! Tracy and the Sarah’s 😊 were patient and helpful. Also the walk through with Ralph and company was very helpful too. Overall I don’t think we could have had a better experience!
