Services
Most of our projects begin with the demolition of an existing garage, tear-out of the concrete slab, and preparation of the new garage site. A new floating slab with regulation footings to support your new garage. Our basic garage consists of a Keystone style footing with double 5/8" rebar steel reinforcement poured with a 4-5" concrete slab.
Choosing the best garage heating source for your garage depends on the reasons "why" you want to heat your garage. Our preferred system is Radiant Ceiling Heat for our harsh Minnesota winters. Flash heating means you'll likely only heat the garage several times during the cold season using a gas or propane hanging heater.

It's been three weeks since I've given one star (would have given minus but wouldn't let me) and they have still not finished the garage project (which originally quoted 3 weeks total at beginning of Summer, and now going into Fal). Joe has become aggressive over emails to me and my husband. The service door doesn't work and hits the garage door so doesn't have full use. The fence that was put back was a hack job. When we inquire Joe S has aggressive and blaming-someone-else with no solutions in sight responses. I can't wait to be finished with this project so we never have to deal with Joe again
