This is a company with integrity, in an industry where the customer is very vulnerable. When we encountered a complication with our insurance company, Bayport stood by their word (when State Farm did not). If something goes wrong, Bayport will make it right. The work crew was professional, thorough, and efficient. The clean up was impressive. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Bayport did a fantastic job for us! We needed repairs on our siding in multiple places on our house and garage. Tina came out quickly, had a very fair estimate (with options), and scheduled us right away. Randy did a great job and communicated well throughout the whole process!! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Bayport!

I was incredibly impressed with the technical knowledge Bayport brought to my re-roofing project. They spent hours on my roof taking photos and providing detail for my insurance company. They met the adjuster at my home to review the project and provided detailed estimates. We live in an older home and when there was collateral damage in the attic from the installation (a common occurrence in older homes), Bayport was there the next day to organize repair. They were focused on making the project a success for us, and we are delighted to have our new roof!

Bayport did an outstanding job! They took great care not to damage the house. The clean up was great my yard is clean and I have the nicest Roof in the neighborhood. They stuck exactly to the timeline and even got done a bit faster too. I have referred friends and family to them to get their roofs done. Amazing Job Guys. I recently had two roofs done by this company. The owner and his guys were professional and did both jobs in a timely manor. They took good care while doing the job taking pics throughout the process and the outcome was a great install. Also had some gutters done and they look great. Would highly recommend this company especially them being a local company as I work for one and try to support local guys. If your in need of a roof give them a try glad I did.

Absolutely the best choice we made for a roofing contractor. We started a solar project and we were told that a roof was highly recommended prior to the project. I got about 5 estimates and Bayport was extremely competitive. The roofers they sent out were professional, courteous and very careful about protecting my property and cleaning up after themselves. The communication from everyone was excellent and even my neighbors commented on how the roofers never stopped going. I can’t say enough about them!

Watch out before using Bayport. After the hail storms last Fall 2019, we and our neighbors used Bayport for roofing and siding damage . They failed to meet several timeline commitments, tried to leave the… roofing project early until I threatened with a lawyer. Today (July, 2020), I just found out our elderly neighbors are still dealing with shoddy siding. There is gaps in the siding, it's not sealed properly. When a company treats elderly people badly, you know they have issues with ethics.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They replaced the siding on my house and I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. They were very punctual in all aspects, from the estimate to the guys that actually showed up on the job each day. Also, the men doing the work were so nice and respectful of me. They were very competitive with there pricing and stood by the estimate. The siding looks fantastic and I am pleased how it turned out. I would definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends.
