Julian Barrientos is a Restoration Expert with Ardmor Construction. A Restoration Expert's role is to help customers start the process of restoring their homes after an unfortunate weather event and guide them through the construction process. Julian works with homeowners from the first introduction through to the material selection and is an expert on working with insurance companies.
Ardmor Construction is owned and operated by Sarah Ahrendt. Sarah's passion from an early age has been helping people. She grew up on a resort in Northern Minnesota where she learned the value of hard work and the importance of providing superior customer service. Her love of business was fueled by dinner table discussions where her parents openly discussed the inner workings of a small business.
In Minnesota, our weather is beautiful but often unpredictable. With the intense sun, extreme cold, hail and high winds, your roof can suffer more than any other part of your home. If your roof has been damaged by hail, high winds, or is more than 25 years old, chances are it needs to be replaced. Contacted Ardmore Construction about a major window replacement project. We agreed upon an appointment. They never showed up. I called them about the missed appointment, and they said that could not make the appointment and would not come after initially agreeing to the day and time of the appointment. In our conversation, they said in a nice way they did not want our business. I felt this was unprofessional and not courteous. They wasted our time and could have communicated this point earlier. I could not be happier with my experience with Ardmor construction. I needed my roof replaced due to hail damage. Every person I talked to was friendly and professional. They worked with the insurance company and made the process simple. They kept me updated on everything, called to let me know anytime they would be stopping by. They did a fantastic job and my new roof looks amazing. Highly recommend.

I used Ardmor for hail damage on my house only because One of their reps Nicholas Ferguson came out and walked me through every step. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the repairs and insurance issues that were needed to complete the job correctly.. I would totally recommend Ardmor for any of your home projects. I have an architectural house and the project Ardmor helped with was rather unique. It took some time to get everything handled with insurance but once we got through that, they completed the work faster than expected and the quality was everything I hoped for! Sarah and Raul were very responsive and easy to communicate with! And they got it all to be covered by insurance, which I expected but that’s not always a given with insurance!
