Critical: Professionalism
I contacted this company in order to do a bathroom remodel. I made a appointment with them to have someone come in to give me a quote on my 3 bathrooms. A man came, looked at the three bathrooms, did measurements, etc. However, I never heard back from the company. No email. No call.

Started off strong and parts of the kitchen remodel look great, but still not happy with the tile work 2 years later. They did have the subcontractor redo it 2 or 3 times but would not hire someone else when it was obvious these guys weren't cutting it. It still trips us up. Switched project managers on us 3 times. The 4-5 week project took 3 months also due in part to it taking forever to get them to come out and do those little things that always get left at the end (trim, etc). Those final items could have probably all been done in a day or two had they just sent a team of 2-3 ready to

I'm very happy with the results of Direct Build's remodel of my kitchen and living areas! It was a 7 week project that included: complete kitchen remodel, interior painting, floor refinishing, updating 2 staircases, installation of custom built-in bench in breakfast area, door replacement, and tear down/update of media center in the family room. Most notably, the kitchen turned out beautifully and is so much more functional. From design and consultation with Andre through completion, Direct Build was a pleasure to work with; they are professional and courteous and the crew distinguishes

We chose Direct-Build out of 5 companies to do a major renovation ($156K) of our 2-story 1974 all-brick home, while we remained in the home. This included remodeling 2 full bathrooms, adding a half bathroom, removing a 20-foot loadbearing wall to double the size of our kitchen (which had to be completely gutted by Direct-Build), raising our kitchen ceiling from 7 ' to 8' by replacing all drain lines in bathrooms above kitchen, creating a Master BR & BA on the main level (former LR / DR), shifting the dining room location, creating wall openings / doorways, creating an office space
