With Bill's Structural Engineering degree and over 25 years of construction management experience, the new remodeling company quickly gained recognition in the Atlanta market. Within five years, it was among the 15 largest. In 1995, to continue company growth without sacrificing client service, Bill's brother Dan joined the business.

After 25 years serving the Atlanta market, Weidmann & Associates, Inc. expanded its design-build remodeling operations to include beautiful Lake Oconee in 2014. Opening a local office to serve the community, the move was a direct response to requests we have received from our clients over the years to extend our reach to the under-served resort areas of Georgia.
Weidmann's professionalism started with the initial visit to discuss the scope of work that we had in mind. Dan Weidmann gave us ideas to enhance our vision that we hadn't imagined and quite frankly, resulted in our favorite improvements. Also, he has obviously instilled a very customer centric attitude throughout his organization.

We finished a kitchen remodel with Weidmann and Associates recently and it is unbelievably beautiful. We could not have imagined a better outcome, given we could not expand the footprint. It looks like twice its former size.
We have had bathroom remodels, a basement refinished etc. over the years. Never have we done business with a more reliable, professional, and competent group. They use project management software and skills to the max. If they say something will happen that day, you can take it to the bank.
Came in just as estimated with great communication all along the way.

We have used Weidmann for four projects and have been thrilled with all. Each project has a manager to whom one can ask questions, make suggestions, etc. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the response to problems is immediate, whether it is from a current project or one that was completed years ago. We would highly recommend.

Just completed our 4th renovation with Weidmann & Associates. Very professional, skilled subcontractors and they take care of every last detail. It's how homeowners should expect a remodeling project to be done. Since we began using Weidmann, at least 9 of our neighbors have used them and some on multiple projects. Our first project was a total kitchen remodel in 2005, master bedroom, bath, closets in 2008, basement remodel in 2010 and upstairs bathrooms remodeled in 2016. Great communication regarding project schedule, contractors scheduled to be on site and responsive to questions via phone,

Weidmann Remodeling did a major kitchen/main home level remodel in my home two years ago. They were totally professional and their work was of the highest caliber! I was able to come and go as I pleased, never having to worry that anything was falling through the cracks. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have the job done right the first time from the get-go!!

Paid a $6000.00 deposit, receive some basic renderings of the floor layout. The bid was for the life style of the rich and famous price tag for basement remodel. Asked for our deposit back, we were told they went in the hole for our project, boy the 8 1/2 by 11 drawings were very expensive. Would not recommend arrogant and pricey for us common folks.
