My wife and I had an exceptionally positive experience with JR Renovations.
From the get go, the concept and design were beautiful. They did all of th leg work communicating with the city for permits. Then, when it came time to break ground, George's stewardship of the project was flawless. In particular, he was organized and on schedule. He kept us informed without being overly communicative. Most importantly, he was kind and patient and never showed a hint of frustration. We liked having him around every day!

We were referred to John and his team from neighbors to assist us in a significant home renovation for our house built in '92 . We were interested in a Master bath , kitchen , and other upgrade improvements to bring the house to more contemporary looks. Defined a scope of work , assisted by the JRR design team, established a schedule ,and had a major whole house renovation done in 3 months! Couldn't have been happier with the results! Working with John , his staff , and all the quality subs was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to undertake a serious renovation

John Rogers Renovations touched every room on our first floor. The largest part of the project was our bathroom renovation that used to be another bedroom. It turned out FABULOUS ! We were so happy . We had talked with 4 other Contractors before we were referred to John and his team. He is creative, thoughtfully opinionated and easy to work with. We all had our thoughts on the project and worked through each step. At times there were last minute decisions to be made and they all turned out for the best. His designer Jessica is wonderful. She truly helped me make decisions and showed me the differences

We just finished a major garage addition plus a new driveway, portico and all new windows and doors in our house. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work. John is available and always checking in on the job site. His responsiveness and communication are unmatched in this business. He uses an online schedule so you know exactly who will be at your house when, and he always let us know the day before if something changed. Simply the best! I wouldn't use anyone else for a renovation project. John's attention to detail is unsurpassed and his "subs" know his standards. I don't see how you could go wrong dealing with John Rogers Renovations. John and his team did a magnificent job renovating our house. His approach is well organized, efficiently staged, and uses skilled crews. He is adroit at developing a design for the space that promotes both beauty and utility.
