I have used this service before, the tech was professional and friendly, on time and courteous, the cost was as expected and no surprise charges, the carpet is in much better condition, and that’s what I wanted, I have used the PERT cleaning for animal stains and odors and it is very effective, overall a good experience, and Thank You to my tech!

We used ChemDry to clean a new Cricket Wireless store in Springfield MO. Nathan was very professional, quoted me a fair price right away, scheduled the cleaning and assured me that if they couldn't get the stains out then no one could. He showed up on time for the appointment and got out every stain. The carpet looks fantastic! We will definitely be using ChemDry again in the future. Thank you so much!!

I spilled spaghetti and meatballs on our carpet. Since I've had it cleaned by this company before I called the right away. Tomato sauce is not an easy fix, but they did an outstanding job if it. Alex was wonderful to work with. He was professional yet personable as well as very knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done! I will continue using this company for carpet cleaning.

I also have a white sofa and red wine or koolaid was spilled on it. They even got that out! To make it even better they were more reasonable than a previous cleaner I used. Great company!

Alex came by after I scheduled an appointment online and went through everything he could do for me. After agreeing on the service he quickly went to work and made my tile and carpet look like new. Would definitely recommend and reuse if needed.

I was greatly impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency of Chem-Dry carpet cleaning. My service technician was incredibly polite and respectful! My carpets look great and my couches do too. I had them clean out dryer vent as well and I’m so glad I did! A valuable service that I hadn’t considered needing. If I could rate this is 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 11, once they were over an hour late I sent out correspondence and they said they were "behind" and asked if they could be there in ANOTHER 20 minutes. It threw off my whole day, but I agreed. I asked them if there was anyway for a discount, for the inconvenience is this has caused and to which they replied NO (which is fine) but then straight cancelled my entire appointment I wasted the entire morning on. I've never had such ridiculous Customer Service in my life...
